This is the 4th and last part of our Italy series:

After spending the morning at Polini, we spent the afternoon at Casa Lambretta.

Spare parts, accessories and tuning parts for all Lambretta Scooters

In cooperation with Casa Lambretta we supply all Lambretta restoration parts. The Casa Lambretta range includes, amongst others, parts for the very old shaft driven Lambretta models m (A) to F, Lambretta Smallframe parts for Junior and Lui and spare parts for the Li family. Vittorio Tessera offers spare parts “made in Italy” but also accessories and tuning parts for all Lambretta scooters.

The entire Casa business is focused on Vittorio. He is the key player for all reproducing parts. Dean Orton and the Rimini Lambretta Centre recently offered to conduct external quality checks for Casa. This is how Casa products are being constantly improved. The toolbox lock for series 3 is a recent example. It was equipped with a new locking cylinder and finally no longer gets anybody’s attention due to unpleasant rattle.

Vittorio Tessera does not only do restoration works. He has also published many books on Lambretta and scooters in general. Vittorio’s book Innocenti The Definitive History is the core literature on Lambretta. Later the Restoration Guide was added, which explains all details concerning restoration of various Lambretta models:

characteristics,
gloss paints,
galvanic processes
and anything else you should know.

Lambretta Museum

And this is not the end. There also is the museum, which exhibits milestones in the development in the history of scooters. These have been collected from all over the world and have been restored, if necessary. Lambretta is in the focus of the museum and you can admire models from the oldest Lambretta to the prototypes, which are also treated in Innocenti The Definitive History.

Casa Lambretta shop and warehouse

After an intensive and extensive tour through the scooter museum, we step down to the Casa Lambretta shop and warehouse. Vittorio shows us his new Lambretta parts, which he got since our last visit or which currently are in a development stage. For example:

all spare parts for the SH carburetor including atomisers,
all parts for the gearbox,
all springs for lamps,
brass throttle roller and gas roller,
Series 2 gear change twist grip

… These are only some of the new Casa Lambretta parts that we will receive from Vittorio.

Das ist der vierte und letzte Teil unserer Italienreise:

Nach dem Vormittag für die Vespafahrer bei Polini, gab es am Nachmittag das Ausgleichsprogramm bei Casa Lambretta.

Ersatzteile, Zubehör und Tuningteile für alle Lambretta Roller

Mit Casa Lambretta liefern wir dir alle Lambretta Restaurationsteile. Dabei erstreckt sich das Casa Lambretta Sortiment von den Teilen für die ganz alten Lambretta Kardanmodelle m (A) bis F, über die Lambretta Smallframe Teile für die Junior und Lui Modelle bis hin zu den Ersatzteilen für die Li Familie. Neben Ersatzteilen “Made In Italy” bietet Vittorio Tessera auch Zubehör und Tuningteile für alle Lambretta Roller.

Das ganze Casa Geschäft ist sehr auf Vittorio fixiert und er ist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für alle Nachfertigungen. In jüngster Vergangenheit haben sich Dean Orton und das Rimini Lambretta Centre als externe Qualitätskontrolle für Casa angeboten. So werden die Casa Produkte stetig weiter verbessert. Jüngstes Beispiel ist das Toolbox Schloss für die Serie 3, das einen neuen Schließzylinder bekommen hat und jetzt endlich nicht mehr durch Klappergeräusche auf sich aufmerksam macht.

Neben dem Restaurationsbedarf hat Vittorio Tessera etliche Bücher über die Lambretta und über Motorroller im Allgemeinen verfasst. Mit dem Buch Innocenti The Definitive History hat Vittorio das Standardwerk über die Lambretta geschaffen. Das Buch ist später noch um den Restoration Guide erweitert worden. Hier werden alle Details zur Restauration der verschiedenen Lambretta Modelle erläutert:

Lambretta Musseum

Als ob das nicht genug wäre, gibt es auch noch das Museum. Hier finden sich Meilensteine in der Entwicklung der Rollergeschichte, diese sind weltweit gesammelt und wenn nötig auch restauriert worden. Der Schwerpunkt liegt klar auf der Lambretta und hier gibt es von der ältesten Lambretta bis zu den Prototypen, die auch in Innocenti The Definitive History abgehandelt werden, viel zu bewundern.
