Ya hemos introducido en el catálogo de bgm coronas dentadas nuevas para ti.

Le hemos dado una importancia especial a la selección de materiales, la manufactura y a la fase final de tratamiento y prueba de los piñones.

De momento, podemos ofrecerte piñones con 23 dientes y 24 dientes, aptos para la rueda primaria de la PX200 con 65 dientes.

Para facilitar las cosas no hace falta contar los dientes. Es importante saber en qué rueda primaria se pueden montar los piñones. Así pues, hemos identificado claramente las ruedas dentadas.

Como es lógico, ya hemos mejorado el acoplamiento Superstrong de bgm con 23 dientes y 24 dientes con estos piñones nuevos.

En los siguientes gráficos y tablas correspondientes hemos representado las diferentes variantes de transmisión.

La combinación formada por una rueda primaria 24/65 y cuatro marchas cortas de la T5-125 con 36 dientes resulta especialmente interesante para scooters pares altos
Conceptos de motor con sistemas de escape BigBox y los Polini 221 y Malossi 221. Con esta transmisión se puede aumentar la velocidad final y
y se monta con más facilidad la toma de salida de 3 marchas y 4 marchas.

Abbiamo inserito nel nostro programma il nuovo pignone della frizione bgm.

Abbiamo posto particolare cura nella scelta del materiale, nella produzione, nella revisione e nella definizione del prezzo finale del pignone.

Al momento abbiamo a disposizione il pignone con 23 e 24 denti adatto per l’ingranaggio primario di PX200 con 65 denti.

Abbiamo indicato sul pignone della frizione i numeri dei denti, per evitare il noioso compito di contarli per accertarsi che si adattino all’ingranaggio primario.

Ovviamente abbiamo montato il nostro nuovo pignone con 23 e 24 denti nella frizione bgm super resistente.

Nel grafico sottostante e nelle tabelle relative, abbiamo inserito le varianti possibili del rapporto di trasmissione.

La combinazione dell’ingranaggio primario 24/65 e una quarta marcia corta di T5-125 con 36 denti è particolarmente interessante per i motori ad ampio momento meccanico
Motori con impianti di scarico BigBox, Polini 221 e Malossi 221. Con questo cambio di velocità si può aumentare la velocità finale e
il passaggio dalla 3° alla 4° marcia diventerà più piacevole.

Die Kombination aus der Primär 24/65 und einem kurzen vierten Gang der T5-125 mit 36 Zähnen ist besonders Interessant für Fahrer von Drehmomentstarken
Motorkonzepten mit BigBox Auspuffanlagen und dem Polini 221 und Malossi 221. Mit dieser Übersetzung kann die Endgeschwindigkeit erhöht und
der Ganganschluß von Gang3 auf Gang4 knackiger gestaltet werden.

10-Stunden Scootentole Rollerennen in Magny Cours

Das 3. Endurance Rennen von Association Scootentole und Retro Scooter Nivernais auf dem Long Club Track von Magny Cours, kam mit der Ausgabe 2014 auf ein neues Niveau:

  • 34 teams am Start,
  • Etwa 130 Fahrer
  • 6 verschiedene Nationalitäten.
 Das Prinzip ist eigentlich simple: Start am Sonntagmorgen um 9:00, Ziel 10 Stunden später. Der erste unter der Zielfahne gewinnt. Fertig! 

Tolles Wetter, super Rennstrecke – dieser Event war voller (guter) Erwartungen.

Das Qualifying am Samstag war ein Wettkampf der „official teams“, the 225SS Casa Lambretta erreichte die Poleposition vor der „full Quattrini “ wassergekühlten Vespa. Direkt dahinter -etwas überraschend- vor dem Team Quadra Corse MitoLambretta (AF Rayspeed RB20 ) und dem Dart Racing Team mit Vespa PK 150 Polini Evo., das Team Burzock LML mit Vespa PX 215 Pinasco Motor.

Am Sonntag begann zur Freude der Rennfahrer und Zuschauer ein harter Kampf: beste Lambrettas gegen beste Vespas.

Auf Seite der schnellen Lambrettas hatte das Team Casa Lambretta schon in der ersten Stunde eine gebrochene Kurbelewelle, somit blieb MitoLambretta Rayspeed AF ganz vorne mit dabei und das Team Lambretta-Authentik (RT195 MB Dev) konnte noch den 4. Platz halten, bis ihnen der Auspuff abriss. Es schien also, als würden die Vespas diesmal das Rennen machen könnten !

Für das Team Vespa Pugenti Corsa Quattrini war es ein Start-Ziel Sieg – und das bei der ersten Teilnahme! Um den zweiten Platz konnte sich das deutsche Team Dart Racing gegen das französische Team LML-Pinasco-Burzock (Gesamtdritter und erste Largeframe) durchsetzen. Gefolgt vom Spanischen Vespa PK Racing Rolando Quattrini, und dem italienische Team von MitoLambretta. Zwischenzeitlich auf Platz 5 waren, the Vespa PK von SPRT (Quattrini), die PK von PRT-Korona (Falc), die PX Authentik (210 Malossi) und Old Scoot Racing (Parmakit 177), und der Pinasco VSP21. Aber durch Stürze oder teschnische Probleme fielen sie alle auf hintere Plätze. Die lange Strecke und das heisse Wetter war hart zu den Motoren ;-)

Dieses Rennen ist jetzt schon ein Klassiker und wie die Jahre zuvor verlief die Veranstaltung perfekt. Die Veranstalter wünschen sich für nächstes Jahr 45 Teams am Start – also bis nächstes Jahr!

The third endurance, organized by the Association Scootentole and Retro Scooter Nivernais on the long Club track of Magny Cours , entered a new phase:

  • 34 teams at the start,
  • some 130 pilots of
  • six different nationalities.
 The principle : Start on sunday morning at 9:00, finishing 10 hours later. The first under the checkered flag wins. Simple! 

Nice weather , beautiful track , the event is full of promises. Qualifying on Saturday saw the „official teams“ confrontation during which , the 225SS Casa Lambretta steals the pole to the swift “ full Quattrini “ liquid cooled Vespa . Right behind , the Team Burzock LML PX 215 Pinasco engine created a surprise by beating the Squadra Corse MitoLambretta (AF Rayspeed RB20 ) and the german Dart Racing Team PK 150 Polini Evo…

On sunday, to the delight of drivers and spectators, right from the beginning of the race, started a track battle wich opposed the best Lambrettas against the best Vepas. On the Lambretta side, within the first hour, the Casa Lambretta boys had a broken crankshaft, while the MitoLambretta Rayspeed AF were still at the forefront, and the Lambretta-Authentik (RT195 MB Dev) was holding the 4th place … before breaking his exhaust. Seems Like Vespas were going to win the fight this year !

Vespa Pugenti Corsa Quattrini leaded ??the race from start to the finish, tremendous for a first participation! For the second place, the battle for the podium between four opponents, saw the Germans of the Dart Racing take the advantage over the French LML-Pinasco-Burzock (third and first largeframe), followed by the Spanish PK Racing Rolando Quattrini, and the Italian team of MitoLambretta. Ranked during a time in the top 5, the PK of SPRT (Quattrini), the PK of PRT-Korona (Falc), the PX Authentik (210 Malossi) and Old Scoot Racing (Parmakit 177), and the small Pinasco VSP21, due to falls or mechanical problems, were forced to back down into the rankings. … Despite the long track (tough for engines) and the hot sun, most teams classified in the first part of the ranking table, were those who experienced no major mechanical problems !

As previous years, this event went perfectly well, and what a pleasure to see the joy of the teams who managed to cross the finish line. This race is already a classic. The organizers hope that, a probable extension of the grid to 45 teams would make things even more exciting! See you next year !
