¡Buenas noticias para los amantes de motores automáticos de dos tiempos de Piaggio y para aquellas personas aficionadas a la alta potencia!
Exclusivamente para ti hemos seguido desarrollando y mejorando nuestro basculante BGM PRO estabilizador de la carcasa del motor y lo hemos fabricado con un nuevo diseño:

El legendario basculante BGM PRO
Tuvimos la idea de construir dicho basculante a la hora de montar una moto modelo para nuestra tienda porque sobre todo el Twin con 50 CV requería un dispositivo estabilizador montado en la carcasa del motor.
Indicaciones de uso
A la hora de instalar el basculante, para proteger uno de los escasos motores grandes de dos tiempos de Piaggio, al igual que en el caso del modelo anterior, hay que tomar en cuenta algunas indicaciones:
- Encaja con motores de Piaggio de 125 – 180 cm³ con freno de disco
- Hay que modificar el soporte de escape montado en la carcasa del motor
- Hay que adaptar el sistema de escape antes de instalarlo.
Montaje simple
Primero adaptar la carcasa del motor. Para facilitar el trabajo se debe colocar un tornillo desde la parte de atrás del soporte y luego medir/dejar una distancia de 5mm en el otro extremo.
Por cuestiones de seguridad, probar montando el basculante y averiguar, si está en forma paralela a la tapa del variomatic. Si ese no es el caso, cortar el soporte de la carcasa del motor. Por lo general, es necesario cortar unos 5mm como mínimo, pero dependiendo de los componentes puede llegar incluso hasta los 10mm.
Colocar la rueda trasera
Gracias a los rodamientos oscilantes de bolas de dos hileras es posible un desalineamiento/ángulo de inclinación máximo de 5°. Para montar el basculante en la rueda trasera, sujetar los tornillos largos adjuntos y usar el fijador de roscas líquido.
Indicación de seguridad
El basculante fue construido exclusivamente para uso en competición.
Existen cubos de rueda, llantas y carcasas de motor muy variados por lo cual recomendamos comprobar minuciosamente si el basculante es apto para los componentes utilizados y si así fuere, montarlo cuidadosamente.

We already started preparations for our stall of Scooter Center and BGM. We are also already looking forward to our joint stall with the Jetsons in Kalkar and to the 25th Silver Special anniversary, where you can win the Lambretta.
As already mentioned before, our BGM parts are used in order to get the technology on a 21st century level. To also assure a visually pleasing look, the Jetsons used their Germany wide network and initiated a nice Lambretta restoration.
Casa Lambretta parts replaced those original parts that needed to be replaced. Lambretta parts in best quality, where the only difference to the original is the Casa Lambretta logo.

Cleaning the coating
First, the coating of the original paint was removed with acetone. After welding cracks, the ribbing was refinished with a Kraftformer machine. Jetsons charged a real expert in vintage restoration with the sheet metal works. It was Michael of AUTOMAX in Schlangen.

The Scootershow – our Scooter Center Scooter Customshow – took place on March, 21st 2015. And again we are totally flashed by the amount of passion to scooters. No matter if automatic or classic. Once more, great scooters and great people were part of it. We are already preparing for Scooter Customshow 2016 in Cologne.

Die BGM BigBox Sport ist ein reinrassiger Rennauspuff, im unverdächtigen Design eines originalen Auspuffes. Sie positioniert sich als klare Alternative zu auffälligen und meist lauten und großen Resonanzauspuffanlagen. Die hohe Leistungsbereitschaft hebt sie deutlich von anderen Boxanlagen ab. Leistungsstarkes Motorkonzept benötigt
Die Sport Box benötigt, wie jeder gute Rennauspuff, ein leistungsstarkes Motorkonzept, um ihre volle Performance entwickeln zu können. Im Umfeld von Zylindern wie dem Quattrini M1X und Co. bietet sie beeindruckende Ergebnisse. Problemlos unterstützt sie auch Motorleistungen oberhalb von 25PS und schiebt mit sattem Drehmoment voran. Trotz ihrer hohen Spitzenleistung steigt die Sport Box früh ein und ermöglicht auch mal gemütliches Fahren.
Aufgrund ihrer konsequenten Auslegung auf einen hohen Gasdurchsatz ist die BigBox Sport nicht für den Einsatz mit seriennahen Motoren oder zahmen Tuningzylindern gedacht. Sie benötigt einen klaren und kräftigen Auslassimpuls, um das große Volumen und den dicken Krümmer der Sport Box mit Leben zu füllen.

Die Befestigung des Krümmers am Zylinder erfolgt mittels einer Klemmschelle. Das ergibt gegenüber einer losen Befestigung mit einer O-Ring Abdichtung die beste Stabilität und verhindert Schäden am Auslassflansch. Für eine optimale Bodenfreiheit sollte ein langes Distanzstück am hinteren Stoßdämpfer verwendet werden.
Fazit: Understatement pur. Leistung wie ein Rennauspuff, Optik und Klang ähnlich wie bei einem original Auspuff.

Bonnes nouvelles pour les amateurs d’une grande puissance du moteur et des moteurs automatiques à 2 temps de Piaggio!
Exclusivement pour vous, nous avons développé et amélioré le bras oscillant BGM PRO, dont le fonction est de renforcer le carter moteur, et c’est pour cela qu’il a maintenant un autre design :

Le bras oscillant BGM PRO légendaire
L’idée de développer ce renfort stabilisateur est née en montant le scooter qui nous sert comme modèle dans le magasin parce que surtout le Twin avec ses 50 ch avait besoin d’un dispositif renforçant le carter du moteur.
Conditions d’utilisation
Comme dans le cas du modèle antérieur, il faut prendre certaines indications en considération afin de pouvoir fixer le renfort de bras oscillant qui protège le moteur grand et rare à 2 temps de Piaggio :
- va bien avec des moteurs de 125 -180 cm³ de Piaggio avec des freins à disque
- il faut modifier la patte de fixation d’échappement montée au carter du moteur
- avant le montage il faut modifier le sistème d’échappement.
Montage simple
D’abord modifier le carter du moteur en „ajustant“ avec une vis une distance de 5 mm. Pour cela, introduire une vis de l’arrière dans le support.
Pour des raisons de sécurité il est recommandable monter le renfort stabilisateur d’abord pour essayer et ensuite vérifier si celui-ci forme une parallèle avec le cache du carter variateur. En tout cas il est nécessaire de raccourcir le support du carter d’au moins 5 mm mais dépendant des composants utilisés ça peut atteindre jusqu’à 10 mm.
Fixer la roue arrière
Grâce aux roulements à rotule sur billes à deux rangées de billes utilisés, le désalignement/l’inclinaison maximal admissible est de 5°. Pour fixer la roue arrière, serrer les longues vis adjointes et ajouter un produit de fixation (du type Loctite).
Consignes de sécurité
L’usage du bras oscillant est réservé exclusivement à la compétition et au tuning.
Comme il y a des quantités de moyeux, jantes et carters moteur nous vous prions de vérifier soigneusement si les composants utilisés vont bien avec le bras oscillant et de le monter soigneusement après.

Good news for performance fetishists and lovers of Piaggio automatik two-stroke-engines.
For you, we further developed our BGM PRO swing arm to reinforce the engine case, optimized it and have it produced in a new design:

The legendary BGM PRO swing arm
This idea originated during the construction phase of our shop demonstrator. A reasonable reinforcement of the engine case was particularly needed for the 50 hp strong twin.
Usage notes
As for the previous version, some things have to be considered in order to link the swing arm to your engine whilst protecting the large, and now rare, Piaggo two-stroke engines:
- fits Piaggio 125 -180 engines with disc brake
- exhaust support at engine case needs to be adapted
- exhaust systems need to be adapted for assembly
Easy assembly
First, the engine case has to be adapted. The easiest way is to “adjust“ the screw, which is screwed through the support from behind, with a gap of 5mm.
For security reasons you should, as a trial, assemble and check, if it runs parallel to the surface at the Vario cover. Shortening by at least 5 mm is usually always necessary. Depending on the combination of assembly parts, the gap can vary and be up to 10 mm wide.
Fastening the rear wheel
The two-rowed self-aligning ball bearing can be fitted at a maximum angle of 5°. The swing arm comes with longer screws to fit the rear wheel. The screws should be fitted with liquid screw locking.
Security advice
The swing arm was produced for race use only.
There are many variations of hubs, rims and engine cases on the market.
Therefore we advise you to thoroughly check if the parts fit before the assembly and finally to very thoroughly assemble the parts.

Organizzatore dell‘ secondo incontro in Slesia e la banda Full Manetas Vespa. La banda Full Manetas Vespa é nata il 2013 in Alta Slesia un spontaneo progetto di amici, che amano i scooter italiani. Di fare l’incontro in Polonia é stata una buona idea, questo incontro si conosce fino all Mar Baltico.
2014 il club in Alta Slesia aveva organizzato il primo incontro di Vespa. Non e piaciuto solo i guidatori di Vespa, questo incontro é stato un grande successo e si deciso di organizzarlo pure quest‘ anno.

El Scooter Center apoya dicho encuentro vespista en Polonia:
Esta segunda reunión vespista en Silesia es organizada por la Full Manetas Vespa Gang, que nació espontáneamente en 2013 en Alta Silesia. Fue la iniciativa de un grupo de amigos, que tenía la misma afición hacia los scooters italianos. En poco tiempo se dieron cuenta de que a los polacos les gustó mucho la idea y es por esta razón que este club de scooteros ahora cuenta con muchos miembros, incluso provenientes de las orillas del Mar Báltico.
El club de vespistas organizó el primer encuentro vespista en Alta Silesia en 2014 al que además de los vespistas provenientes de los alrededores asistieron vespistas que nunca faltan en ningún encuentro. Como la fiesta del encuentro, que se celebró uno de esos días, fue un gran éxito, el club decidió organizar un segundo encuentro.

Encuentro vespista 2015, cultura & lago
El año pasado la Full Manetas Vespa Gang ofreció a los participantes del encuentro la visita de una mina de carbón, ya que hay tantas en Polonia. Este año quieren mostrarles otros lugares de interés de dicha región. Pero para no ofrecer el mismo alojamiento del año pasado, el encuentro se celebrará cerca de un lago artificial, a pocos kilómetros de Gliwice, Zabrze y Toszek: P?awniowice

– Emisora de radio de Gliwice
– Castillo de Toszek (+ almuerzo en la plaza mayor de Toszek)
– Examenes de destreza
– Sorteo
– Resumen del encuentro y entrega de premios
– Fiesta de despedida
Domingo 17.05.
– Actividades deportivas (yoga, correr ;))
– Despedida de los participantes
El precio de inscripción (160PLN, aprox. 40€) incluye:
2 noches, 2 x desayunos, 2 x cenas (barbacoa), regalos para los participantes, premios para los que mejor rendieron los examenes.
Os invitamos a todos a venir ya el jueves para celebrar con nosotros una „Warm-Up-Party“. El hospedaje para esa noche no está incluido en el precio de inscripción. Sin embargo os esperamos aquí :)
