EICMA (Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo Motociclo e Accessori), the international motorcycle and spare parts show, is the most important exhibition to explore the latest novelties from the scooter world and we from Scooter Center are also there! We are proud of the coninuous development of our bgm items for vintage and modern scooters.
Today we first visited the hall 9 to have a look at the “new” Lambretta. Our friends from Rimini Lambretta Center present the new Lambretta customised for Vittorio in RLC race style as well as the new Casa Performance spare parts. Particularly interesting was the rear wheel rim with inner brake disc.
Piaggio presents the new Vespa Primavera in its new bright colours.
Besides the well-known „Sei Giorni“ model, this year Piaggio also presents the Vespa GTS300 Notte and its spare parts in black. Perfect for the GTS Notte is also our sports flyscreen.
For Wideframe/rod models (low headlight) Pinasco presented the Nordkapp cylinder with its new feature: the reed valve intake. Of course there is also an intake maniforld, this time not for a Polini CP carburettor, but for a Dell’Orto 22mm carburettor which Pinasco will offer with throttle lever.
Besides the genuine engine casing with three studs and the possible reed valve intake, as already showed at the Vespa world Days in Celle, Pinasco also presented the engine casing with four studs: thanks to this feature it is possibile to mount all PX 177 tuning cylinders.
In addition, Pinasco also presented the Zamak rotor for the Flytech ignition which fits the rod models (faro basso) and GS150 engines.
Vespa GS160/SS180
The GS160/SS180 cylinder with direct intake looked like a dual carburettor cylinder with oval/long holes for 200cc models.
Vespa Smallframe
For the Vespa Smallframe models Pinasco also presented the new Pinasco engine casings and the crankshafts which are not yet available. On display also further crankshats with replaceable balance weights.
Vespa Largeframe
Particularly interesting was the new crankshaft for double intake.
Pinasco offers now premounted 225cc engines. 60mm stroke, 225cc, 21,5PS at 26 NM. 10-13-17-20/35 gear cluster with 23/64 gear ratio. Flytech ingnition 1,4kg. The item does not include: carburettor, carburettor casing, clutch cover, flywheel cover and complete brake.
The Si28 carburettors are now in VRX-R version with a small foam filter.
Mopeds
Also for Ciao, Si, Bravo and Boxer models there are new spare parts:

bgm PRO air intake hose for Lambretta: more power, increased start-up performance, faithful to the original design
In comparison with the standard intake hose, the bgm PRO air intake hose has a higher volume on the side of the carburettor. The air intake hose is available in two different connection sizes for the carburettor:
Air intake hose / Ansaugschlauch bgm PRO Lambretta Keihin & DellOrto
Air filter box or foam air filter
The connection size on the side of the air filter is equal to 42 mm so that you can use the intake hose either with the genuine air filter box or with a foam air filter.
1,3 HP more power
The chart of our test shows the difference between the standard Lambretta dl/GP air intake hose and the bgm intake hose. The comparison was made using the following parts:
Another significant advantage of the bgm PRO air intake hose is the drain system at the bottom of the intake hose: the fluid expelled from the carburettor does not accumulate in the hose and this prevents the idle speed system from clogging.

The clutch is provided with two screws and long nuts.
On the front side of the clutch spider there are two legs marked with a point which signals on their base a threaded hole for the screw.
Practical and easy to use:
The screws for the preload of the clutch base will be inserted in the two threaded holes.
The cutouts on the base of the locating tool are specially designed to guarantee more free surface for the high nuts used to preload the clutch for the mounting.
Quick and easy: as soon as the clutch has been preloaded, you can pull out the tool.
Scooter Center representation with BGM booth on Eurolambretta
That was an appropriate 50th anniversary party of LCD (Lambretta Club Germany): Eurolambretta 2016 in Geiselwind!
Of course we have been part of the celebrations and have presented our most current BGM developments to the Lambretta world. Nicest weather attracted many visitors and we met many interested guests at our booth and had great talks with our customers.
We have been present with an advance publication of our new BGM catalogue and a wide range of Lambretta parts. We have been able to help many guests, who had come from far away, at our booth or with our express services and deliveries directly to this location. These are our impressions of the event:
You will have to be a little patient until the new BGM catalogue 2016 will be available in its final print version.
BGM Vespa Lambretta catalogue 2016
The really big highlights like cylinders, exhausts and suspension parts are accompanied by many small big highlights, which might not be seen on first glance.
We have compiled a selection of new “small” BGM products for you:
Light switch -BGM PRO- Vespa PK S EFL, PK XL, Vespa PX (1984-1998) – 9 cables (DC, models without battery, with horn rectifier, NOC)
Item number 1231852
Prices for “real vintage vehicles” like Rally, Sprint, GS and Co. are rising. But so are prices for Vespa PX and PK. It’s been a while that PX and PK models have been intensively restored. We are working on making long vanished parts to be made available again, like this light switch for Vespa PX and PK. It hasn’t been available for years, but now in stock again by BGM:
Light switch -BGM PRO- Vespa PK S EFL, PK XL, Vespa PX (1984-1998) – 9 cables (DC, without battery, with horn rectifier, NOC) Item number 1231852
Vespa wiring loom
This often is the botched-job of restoration. New and fast engine, body and paint nice and shiny – but stuck to the old cables, this will lead to trouble. But this can be prevented!
We offer complete and fitting wiring looms for your scooter! Making an exchange easy as!
Wiring loom -BGM PRO- wire for fuel gauge Vespa PX (1984-) – for fuel gauge with plastic cover
Item number SC5008
This unspectacular cable hasn’t been available for ages, even though it often breaks. This cable reconnects your fuel gauge with the display in the speedo!
Wiring loom -BGM PRO- wire for fuel gauge Vespa PX (1984-) – for fuel gauge with plastic cover Item number SC5008
We asked our friends of the Rimini Lambretta Centre to build a BGM cutaway engine as demonstrator for our high quality BGM Lambretta parts.
We supplied all the necessary parts and first of all the team of Dean Orton dismounted all of them and put them in acid for cleaning. 40 hours of work later this masterpiece was accomplished. We would like to share pics and a video with you.
With every change of the tyres the wheel rim should be inspected. Rims used for decades are very likely to be damaged at the wheel studs, rim flange or have a rusty rim base. In these cases the BGM Lambretta chrome wheel rim is a perfect substitute with a great cost-benefit ratio!
CHROME BRINGS YOU HOME
Chrome offers a highlight in looks and at the same time it protects the wheel rim from becoming rusty. The perfect polishing before the chroming and the multi-stage chroming process results in deep and shiny chrome of the BGM rim. The quality is very close to an English custom chromed rim.
The BGM original rim features:
High quality processing
Perfect fit
Fitting rim profile
Perfect position of the valve hole
True running, excellent when speaking of stamped wheel rims
We had already announced the development of this awesome tool for Lambretta. Now the Beluga is finally available:

It’s a little sad: We are so used to scratching and greasing the MagHousing of our Lambrettas. But this will soon be part of the past. However, there is no need to actually be sad, because in exchange you will have:
a precise scale,
quick inverse measurement,
precise and reproducible results,
using a strobe timing gun is possible when Beluga is attached,
excellent stainless steel,
special support for Lambretta.

Individual gift ideas for scooterists by the Scooter Center team
Name: Philipp
How long have you been working for Scooter Center:
Since 2005
What is your task at Scooter Center:
Basically anything connected to Lambretta. From purchasing to product development and support of our own brand BGM to sales and customer service.
What’s your relation to scooters:
From the moment I made my hobby my profession, scooters play a central role in my day. I currently ride a GT 200 for daily commuting. And I only ride Lambretta. My only Vespa never runs, maybe sporadically, in which case this great battery-powered ignition is on strike or there is fuel boiling in the carburetor. And then I am boiling with rage.
By now I ride scooters for 23 years and it all started with a PX 80 in weathered red… I bought my first Lambretta in 1994 at Scooter Center (then in Rosengarten, another street). It was a SX 200 with original paint, German documents and new MOT. The original paint was soon part of the past and so was the battery tray, which had to give way to the TS1.
There are many greatest experiences with and related to a scooter. This year’s highlight has definitely been riding the original 2 cylinder prototype at the Open Day at the Rimini Lambretta Centre.
Gift idea for scooterists
Seat cover -BGM PRO Alfatex- Lambretta LI, LI S, SX, TV – black
Part no. BGM2700
Why:
A great opportunity to give a seat cover away, which was installed in the 2 cylinder prototype with 12” by Innocenti. During one of our many visits of Vittorio Tessera at the museum we had the idea to produce such a seat cover. Either on our yearly trip to Novegro or while collecting parts at Casa Lambretta. The seat cover has a great look with Alfatex at the sides and is nicely lined to guarantee good comfort on long rides.
Seat cover -BGM PRO Alfatex
Seat cover for standard Lambretta seat frames. The sides and the top of the centre part are covered with Alfatex. The seat was handmade in Italy. Its inlay is made of foam. This guarantees high comfort on long trips.
One of the two two-cylinder prototypes by Innocenti has been equipped with a seat like this.
The idea of using Alfatex at the sides turned to be a standard with GP Electronics by Innocenti.
Fits almost every Lambretta seat frame
Comfortable, thanks to foam inlay
Made In Italy
Subtle sporty looks for a Lambretta connoisseur
Supplied with additional metal clips and fastening material for a coherent design of the rivets. The seat strap 8040110 is a suitable alternative.
Toolbox set -RLC Twin Cylinder SX200- Lambretta LI (series 3), LIS, SX, TV (series 3) – GRP – primered
partnumber 3331560
Why:
Another chance to give away (or buy for yourself) another part that was specificially made for the 2-cylinder prototypes. This time for the scooter that retained 10″ wheels. The toolbox that you are used from your Lambretta was abandoned, probably to make space for an oil tank to be used with an autolube system. This seems to be the reason for the neat toolbox that is fitted inside the legshield on this twin. From the side is as good as invisible and fits like a glove to the design of the Lambretta. Well, nothing else we would have expected from an Innocenti designed part. The mounting below is done to two of the horncast fixings and for the top fixing you need to drill a M5 hole to the legshield. Sdaly there is a limited production run of these only.
Lambretta Toolbox Set RLC
This toolbox is a superb copy of that designed and fitted to the Innocenti produced Twin Cylinder SX200 Prototype (as restored by the lads at Rimini Lambretta Centre and part of Vittorio Tessera s Lambretta Museum in Milan).
The toolbox is amazing in that when viewed side-on, it’s completely invisible and is VERY sleek in appearance. The lower mounting bolts fit the bottom horncasting retaining bolts. At the top, you will need to drill a small 5mm hole for the single, top mounting bolt. This will be totally invisible though once the toolbox has been mounted. The toolbox is made of fibreglass, comes complete with a grey outer rubber beading and lock (+ 2 keys).
It fits any Lambretta Series 3 LI, SX. TV, GT, Special or Serveta model. Please note that these toolboxes are a LIMITED EDITION item and are served on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Vespa & Lambretta feeling like gold-diggers in Milan
We have all heard them. Stories of Vespa and Lambretta spare part shops that, at some point in time, went burst.
It is said, that their old warehouses are still cramped full with NOS (New Old Stock) treasures. These parts are waiting to be found by us! At least that’s what we thought.
We got in touch with our old friend Claudio and quickly managed to gain access to a forgotten warehouse of parts for Vespa and Lambretta close to Milan.
Tons of old scooter parts in Milan
When we entered the warehouse, we had to hold our breath! Tons of NOS parts were piled up to the ceiling – on 2 stories – just waiting to be found.
Vespa and Lambretta treasures
But euphoria was hit by disillusionment. How to actually find Vespa and Lambretta treasures when these are hidden in APE and Piaggio Ciao, SI and Bravo moped parts? Claudio supported us in flipping through old, dusty lists and checking the merchandise management of the ’60s – index cards. Here we go. We found the old treasures of old new parts for Vespa and Lambretta.
On the hunt for rare Vespa and Lambretta parts
Working with the “merchandise management” turned out to be a tough challenge. So we decided to take a cart and check shelf by shelf. We slowly tackled thick layers of dust.
NOS SIEM VESPA
NOS SIEM VESPA
In the end we had oily hands, were covered in dust, but we were happy and headed home with a VW van full of rare parts for Vespa and Lambretta.
You already know what Dean Orton (Rimini Lambretta Centre) thinks of the looks of the BGM Demonstrator Lambretta. According to Dean Orton it is the most ugly Lambretta in the universe.
When assembling this Lambrettaother things were more important than its design. Any fitted BGM PRO part has been put through its paces on our test bike before being mass produced. This bike was also available to our customers for test rides on several occassions. We obviously needed an easy-care paint. Furthermore:
Tuning quotes
Design follows function
Chrome won´t bring you home
Rust is lighter than carbon
Dean, please MODify our Lambretta
Still, “most ugly Lambretta” – we couldn’t stand this! Dean is not entirely wrong though. This is why we didn’t hesitate when he had offered to refine the looks of our Lambretta. Rimini Lambretta Centre is our Italian BGM dealer. Dean, the very model of a mod, actually wants to assemble a BGM Demonstrator for the Italian market. So once he’s at it….
La Dolce Vita
Last week we took the Lambretta DL to Verona and parked it at a friends place. It was a very warm welcome and handing the Lambretta over took one or two glasses longer than initially planned. We love Italian hospitality.
Dean picked the scooter up and brought it to the hallowed halls of RLC Rimini Lambretta Centre to refine it. We will keep you posted here in the Scooter Center Blog, so that you are always up to date with the development of the new BGM PRO Demonstrator-Lambretta.
Note for a reader who just came across our blog: No need to worry about a shop owning the most ugly Lambretta… First of all we are currently changing this and secondly we are proud to also own the probably most beautiful Vespa on earth…

Off to the Promised Scooter Land by Vespa and Lambretta
We love Italy and recently toured beautiful Italy. Italy is obviously the birthplace of Vespa and Lambretta.
And how could things be any different: More than 23 years ago the story of Scooter Center has begun right there, at Lake Garda in Italy. Which should be the case for any real scooter shop.
Malcesine is located in the midst of lovely olive groves at the eastern shores of Lake Garda. It was right here that Oliver Kluger bought Scooter Center’s very first scooter (a Vespa Rally TS 125), which was then sold to “Mod-Volker” from Cologne. Volker is still driving this excellent Vespa, he was our very first customer and is loyal to us.

For quite a while we are offering the great Lambretta style balance bikes by Kiddimoto. These are of high demand and usually quickly sold out. Recently we received a larger delivery and the balance bikes are currently available.
For all Vespa fans this is a very interesting alternative in price. New in stock:
Adjustable seat heights make the scooter also fit in the future and guarantees more fun for parents and children.
Safety and comfort
Inflatable rubber tires offer driving comfort and safety to the young scooterists.
Great scooter style balance bike
This is sheer driveing pleasure, thanks to the immense similarity to Mum’s / Dad’s Vespa.
Training of motor activity
The balance bike for little children stimulates the kids natural urge to move from an early age. At the same time it is ideal to playfully train the children’s motor activity and balance. Switching to a bicycle later will be quick, easy and safe.
After spending the morning at Polini, we spent the afternoon at Casa Lambretta.
Spare parts, accessories and tuning parts for all Lambretta Scooters
In cooperation with Casa Lambretta we supply all Lambretta restoration parts. The Casa Lambretta range includes, amongst others, parts for the very old shaft driven Lambretta models m (A) to F, Lambretta Smallframe parts for Junior and Lui and spare parts for the Li family. Vittorio Tessera offers spare parts “made in Italy” but also accessories and tuning parts for all Lambretta scooters.
The entire Casa business is focused on Vittorio. He is the key player for all reproducing parts. Dean Orton and the Rimini Lambretta Centre recently offered to conduct external quality checks for Casa. This is how Casa products are being constantly improved. The toolbox lock for series 3 is a recent example. It was equipped with a new locking cylinder and finally no longer gets anybody’s attention due to unpleasant rattle.
Vittorio Tessera does not only do restoration works. He has also published many books on Lambretta and scooters in general. Vittorio’s book Innocenti The Definitive History is the core literature on Lambretta. Later the Restoration Guide was added, which explains all details concerning restoration of various Lambretta models:
characteristics,
gloss paints,
galvanic processes
and anything else you should know.
Lambretta Museum
And this is not the end. There also is the museum, which exhibits milestones in the development in the history of scooters. These have been collected from all over the world and have been restored, if necessary. Lambretta is in the focus of the museum and you can admire models from the oldest Lambretta to the prototypes, which are also treated in Innocenti The Definitive History.
After an intensive and extensive tour through the scooter museum, we step down to the Casa Lambretta shop and warehouse. Vittorio shows us his new Lambretta parts, which he got since our last visit or which currently are in a development stage. For example:
all spare parts for the SH carburetor including atomisers,
all parts for the gearbox,
all springs for lamps,
brass throttle roller and gas roller,
Series 2 gear change twist grip
… These are only some of the new Casa Lambretta parts that we will receive from Vittorio.

Teste Cromate S.C., the local Lambretta Club, organised an awesome ride out in the soft hills in the region of Emilia Romagna on Sunday as a side program to the Rimini Lambretta Centre Open Day.
Entire video
You can find the video of the entire ride out beginning at the stop at Europlastsucci with GPS – measured speed display. Enjoy:
Yummy stopover
In a well organised corso of about 50 Lambrettas we reached our first interim goal after a few kilometres: Europlastsucci. An old customer and manufacturer of GRP frame sections and further Lambretta specialities.
In order to regain strength for the rest of our ride out and as as mental preparation for lunch we have an Aperitivo. After adjusting the tick-over rpm with Prosecco and other non-liquid refreshments we leave the city and cross the mountains in a great track.
Lambretta BSG Corse with 45HP and 305cc
Of course we have already had the opportunity to drive many extreme scooters. But Philipp’s scooter for the corso was a doozie:
BSG Corse Lambretta with 305cc cubic capacity and performance of more than 50 HP. The most violent we ever rode. CNC – engine block milled from one single piece, 305cc BSG Corse cylinder, Cyclone5 5 speed gearbox and BGM PRO Superstrong clutch. This monster has more than 50 HP. The demonstrator was downsized from 51HP to 45HP via ignition for the RLC Open Day.
First impression:
The beast has instant throttle control and within a blink of the eye you exceeded 100km/h. Thanks to BGM PRO SUPERSTRONG clutch, switching gears is clear, easy and very smooth, the 5 speed gearbox perfectly transferred. Power without limits and pressure in every gear.
Lambretta with a high amount of performance
The CNC engine has a crankshaft with wide crank webs. In order to securely transfer the performance of the 305cc cylinders to the street, the proven components BGM PRO shock absorbers and BGM silent blocks are used for the wheel suspension. Due to the enormous cubic capacity the exhaust is large. However its distance to the ground is sufficient for it to not put down on the street, even in hairpin bends. A vehicle of such a high performance also needs a strong braking system. RLC uses a a MMW disc brake.
There is a high amount of performance in this engine, so it doesn’t come unexpected that the frame hits its limits, since the original engine offers only a fifth of performance when being compared to the BSG Corse engine
Thanks to Dean Orton for this amazing experience! And thanks to Teste Cromate S.C. for this beautiful day!
Scooter Center trip to Italy – Part 1 Rimini Lambretta Centre
The Scooter Center-Team on a trip to Italy: Last weekend Oliver, Philipp and Heiko started their trip to Italy. They had a tight schedule, but the long way had to pay off: during the weekend they covered more than 3,000 km.
Stops during their trip to Italy:
Rimini Lambretta Centre 20th Anniversary Open Day / Rimini
Rimini Lambretta Centre 20th Anniversary Open Day / Rimini
Following in the tracks of the history of Scooter Center by the Lago di Garda
Video of the first leg
Lake Garda was the first interim target. We visited old friends, enjoyed Italy and wallowed in memories. In its 23 years of the history of Scooter Center Lake Garda plays a crucial role.
Back then, Oliver Kluger bought the very first scooter for Scooter Center and transported it to Germany. The Scooter was a Vespa Rally TS 125. Later, the Vespa was processed in Cologne and resold to Volker, who is still driving it today. He was our first customer and naturally sticks to us. You rather know us for a quick delivery of spare and tuning parts for scooters. However, we currently have several used Vespa scooters on offer.
The night was short and the journey continued early on Saturday morning, heading to Rimini. The track to travel sounds like music to our ears: “Verona, Mantova, Modena, Bologna, Imola, Rimini”. Our anticipation grows, the closer we get to our destination.
The 5 speed Lambretta gearbox is more than a mere part of a scooter to Dean. You know this once you saw the CYCLONE 5 tattoo on his forearm. We mainly supply BGM products to RLC, which are used for their restorations. Lambretta restorations are the main business of Dean Orton and his team. RLC loves and lives Lambretta. Overwhelming Lambretta scooters are created in an impressive garage. Our anticipation and expectations were immense and we should not be disappointed.
Rimini in the region of Emilia Romagna
“Rimini: the Adriatic, centre of beach tourism – a seaside resort with a long tradition, beach, sun, sea.” But we had more important things to do! Our destination was the Zona Industriale: The 20th anniversary and Open Day of Rimini Lambretta Centre.
After a heart warming welcome by many old friends, we started to put up our stall. This was quickly accomplished, since Philipp had sent the products we wanted to display to a wrong address… :-) Luckily we were allowed to display products from the RLC stocks.
Rimini Lambretta Centre Open Day
The grounds around the RLC were quickly filled with mainly Italian and English Lambrettisti. There were overall 500 visitors with about 120 Lambrettas and only a handful of Vespas.
Dean really dished up for the 20th anniversary of RLC. Entering the shop you were welcomed by a world record Lambretta: The fully faired Lambretta that broke the 200 km/h limit on August 8th, 1951. Romolo Ferri set the world record on a motorway that was blocked from traffic between Ingolstadt and Munich. The mechanically supercharged 125cc engine is told to have had about 21 HP.
A huge transportable pizzeria supplied finest specialities from the region including sufficient wine, water, beer and coffee.
Overwhelming Lambretta test drive
RLC had managed to have a circuit blocked from traffic, so that you were able to test drive the scooters within the industrial estate.
Alongside scooters, which have been restored by RLC, there were mainly scooters from the Casa Lambretta collection available for test rides. The two Lambretta Innocenti two-cylinder prototypes were at the centre of attention. In the past months these were restored by RLC for Vittorio Tessera. The June edition of Scooteringwill present the restoration of the interior of the engines. We also did a test ride on the Innocenti two-cylinder prototypes. We can only say: Too sad they didn’t make it into serial production.
Lambretta with 305cc and 50HP
305cc and more than 50HP – the most violent scooter we ever rode: BSG CasaPerformance 305cc prototype. CNC engine block with 305cc BSG cylinder, Cyclone5 5 speed gearbox and BGM PRO Superstrong clutch. This monster has more than 50 HP. The Lambretta’s programmable ignition was downsized to 45 HP for the test drives. On our cruise on Sunday we were able to extensively test it. The fitting video will follow in the second part of this article. Watch this space!
BSG Corse brought scooters with overwhelming performance. Vespa Smallframes were those scooters that chased around the circuit with immense revs. These were later joint by the legendary Signore Angelo Zirri and almost the entire Smallframe tuning scene.
Even the greatest events have to come to an end. So at some stage we had to dismantle everything. But luckily we still had a joint tea and nighter with a fantastic view on the mountains left!
Nighter in the mountains in the region of Emilia Romagna
The joint meal and all-nighter took place in an Osteria in the mountains. A fantastic site with view on the lights of Rimini and San Marino in the distance.
Many kind talks, many Italian snacks and some cups of wine later we fell into our beds in the early hours of morning. It was a short night with only a little relaxation. Only several hours later we were meant to get to the next highlight. On the cruise we were able to test the 305cc prototypes for their fitted BGM parts.
All pictures of the first leg of our trip to Italy:
Clutch -BGM PRO Superstrong 6 plates, 10 springs- Lambretta LI, LI S, SX. TV (Serie 2-3), DL/GP
It was a long wait, but it was worth it! From now on we can offer you the a SUPERSTRONG clutch for your Lambretta. For the Vespa clutch system -regardless if Largeframe or Smallframe- the SUPERSTRONG range is the reference and setting the standards for all Vespa clutches.
The new Lambretta clutch features some very unique and special details. And it can combined with standard Lambretta clutch parts and plates. So you’ll have a clutch where you can get parts nearly everywhere and in the future as well.
The clutches comes as complete sets with 46 or 47 rear sprocket and can be used for LI/SX as well as dl/GP clutch operating systems.
All parts are available individually. The delivery of the complete clutch system contains:
The well elaborated design with ten springs and six plates gives a very easy and smooth to operate clutch unit. Even with the combination of 15 teeth front sprocket and 47 rear sprocket, which puts a heavy load on the clutch it can easy handle even the most powerful TS1 engines. Mathematical the combination is capable of handling 60 Nm torque.
Rear sprockets with 46 or 47 teeth
You can choose between 46 or 47 teeth at the rear wheel. Plenty of windows ensure a lightened flywheel and enough room for the oil to enter and keep the clutch plates and bushing oiled all the time.
The sides of the rear sprocket are longer to give the option for different clutch plate and steel discs combinations.Together with the newly available bgm PRO front sprockets the drive train of your Lambretta can be uprated perfectly.
Clutch spider, pressure plate and top plate
For a very smooth and accurate operation the clutch spider, clutch pressure and top plate were re-designed from scratch.
The CNC machined clutch spider is extended and the legs are perfectly matched to the pressure plate. This gives a very easy release of the clutch unit even under hard acceleration from a stand still.
The even pressure of ten instead of five springs even adds to this.

New front pinion for Lambretta LI, LIS, SX, TV (series 2-3), DL, GP –
From now on we can offer you pinions for your Lambretta from bgm PRO in perfect material and “made in Germany” quality.
The pinions are made from high-strength, heat-treated steel in grades 16, 17, 18 and 19 teeth in one CNC piece.
The dimensions correspond to the original Innocenti, so that the chain line remains correct. The pinions are labeled for easy identification. Thus the reduction ratio can be seen in the installed state without troublesome counting as it pulls straight to the rear wheel.
