Crazy Monkey Development hat einen neuen Coup gelandet… Der ‘Mighty Kong’ ersetzt den schnöden blechernen Spritzschutz für die Bremsbeläge am Hinterrad durch ein wunderschönes Frästeil.
Dieses ist via CNC Technik ‘Made in Germany’ aus einem massiven Block hochfestem Aluminium (EN AW-7075) herausgearbeitet.

Nun wäre CMD nicht sprichwörtlich crazy wenn das Bauteil nicht noch eine weitere sinnvolle Funktion bieten würde…

Der Clou liegt in der integrierten massiven Abstützung der Nebenwelle für das Motorgehäuse. Bei leistungs- und drehmomentstarken Motoren kann ein leichtes verschalten zu einer Überlastung dieser neuralgischen Stelle aller Vespa Largeframe Motorgehäuse führen. Der CMD Mighty Kong hält dagegen und minimiert dieses Risiko.

Passend ist das edle Teil für alle Vespa Largeframemotoren mit 10 Zoll Bereifung: Vespa PX, T5, Cosa, Rally, Sprint, TS, GT, GTR, GL, LML Star/Stella 2-Takt. Als Besonderheit ist es möglich die (nur  in den Pinasco) Motorgehäusen vorhandenen M6 Gewinde zusätzlich zur Befestigung zu nutzen.

Crazy Monkey Development lancia la sua ultima novità. Il ‘Mighty Kong’ sostituisce il classico paraspruzzi per le pastiglie freno della ruota posteriore. Questo ricambio di ottima qualità “made in Germany” è stato ricavato da un massiccio blocco di alluminio altamente resistente (EN AW-7075) con lavorazione in CNC.

Naturalmente CMD offre sempre il top e non si limita alla finzione base dei suoi prodotti….

La particolarità del disco parapolvere è il supporto massiccio dell’ingranaggio multiplo per il carter motore. Per motori potenti e con coppia elevata, anche un minimo errore nell’innestare la marcia può portare a un sovraccarico di questo punto critico di tutti i carter Largeframe. Il disco CMD Mighty Kong è stato concepito in maniera tale da ridurre tale rischio.

This dust cover also features an integrated and massive support of the gear cluster for the engine casing. For powerful and high-torque engines, if you shift the gears but these don’t engage properly, this may cause an overstress of this crucial part of the Vespa Largeframe engine casing. The CMD Mighty Kong reduces this risk.

CMD Mighty Kong – disco de aluminio mecanizado en CNC

Crazy Monkey Development ha lanzado un nuevo producto sumamente innovador. El ‘Mighty Kong’ reemplaza el guardapolvos convencional en la rueda trasera.
Este producto fabricado en Alemania ha sido mecanizado en CNC a partir de un bloque macizo de aluminio de alta resistencia (EN AW-7075).

Pero como lo dice el nombre CMD, el mono no se llamaría “crazy monkey” si no estuviera loco y por eso el presente producto no es simplemente un guardapolvos…

Tiene otra función. Está integrado un refuerzo macizo del eje piñón múltiple hacia la carcasa de motor. En caso de haber montado un motor con mucha fuerza y un torque alto, al no poner bien la marcha es posible que este punto débil sufra una sobrecarga. Es ahí donde el Mighty Kong de CMD entra en juego para reducir dicho riesgo.

Es compatible con todos los motores de los modelos Vespa Largeframe con ruedas de 10 pulgadas: Vespa PX, T5, Cosa, Rally, Sprint, TS, GT, GTR, GL, LML Star/Stella de 2 tiempos. Si lleváis puesto una carcasa de motor de Pinasco, podéis aprovechar las roscas M6 para fijar el producto adicionalmente.
