From strength to strength!

We have revised our crankshfts for Lambretta. We worked with the manufacturer for alsmost three years and we are very satisfied with the results. The testing lasted as long as the development work.

The new crankshafts for Lambretta are available with 58 mm and 60 mm stroke and 107 mm, 110 mm and 115 mm conrod:

Darren Conneely of the Team Replay successfully tested the bgm PRO Competition crankshafts during the BSSO competition of the season 2018. Paul “Chalkie ” White of the Team Replay mounted on the Lambretta Group 4 the cylinder bgm RT 195 and the new crankshaft bgm PRO Competition. With a power of over 30 HP on the rear wheel and up to 11,000 rev/min that was a real endurance test.

And while we intensively tested these crankshafts on road, Darren, with our crankshaft, took the second place in the Group 4. Congratulations!

The good features remained the same whereas the some other significant technical details were improved.

Improved features are:

  • Precision-ground crank pin holes on the crank webs for perfect anti twisting qualities
  • Precision-ground and coated crank pin
  • Forged connecting rod with CNC finishing
  • Hardened and precision-ground bearing surfaces and oil seal seats
  • Broad selection of stroke and connecting rod combinations
  • Quality assurance of each individual crankshaft through 100% ISO and QC certified manufacturer testing

 

Remaining features:

  • Full circle crankshaft for increased primary compression
  • Forged crank webs
  • Reduced engine vibration thanks to fully balancing with hidden pockets, copper and tungsten balance weights
  • Lubrication of the lower conrod bearing via two large lubrication slots
  • Hub pin diameter 22 mm

 

15 years experience in crankshaft development

There is 15 years of experience with building our Lambretta cranks. The development of this new and massively improved type has taken another three years of development work and tests to realize a shaft that offers maximum anti-twisting stability.

Team Replay used a selection of bgm parts during the BSSO race Series in 2018. Replay’s rider Darren Conneely finished the season in Group 4 on a 2nd overall using the new crank.

Abbiamo migliorato i nostri alberi motore per Lambretta. Il lavoro con il nostro costruttore è durato quasi tre anni e siamo molto soddisfatti del risultato. I test hanno la stessa durata del lavoro di progettazione.

I nuovi alberi motore per Lambretta sono disponibili con corsa da 58 mm e 60 mm e con biella da 107 mm, 110 mm e 115 mm:

Testato sul circuito

Darren Conneely del Team Replay ha utilizzato con successo i nuovi alberi motore bgm PRO Competition nella stagione 2018 durante le competizioni BSSO.  Paul “Chalkie ” White del Team Replay ha montato sulla Lambretta Group 4 il gruppo termico bgm RT 195 e il nuovo albero motore bgm PRO Competition. Con una potenza di oltre 30 CV sulla ruota posteriore e con fino a 11.000 giri/min una vera prova di resistenza.

E mentre noi abbiamo testato intensamente questi alberi motore su strada, Darren, con il nostro albero motore, si è piazzato al secondo posto nel Gruppo 4. Complinenti!

Le caratteristiche che hanno dato buoni risultati sono rimaste mentre sono stati migliorati dettagli tecnici importanti.

Le caratteristiche migliorate sono ad esempio le seguenti:

  • Superfici pressate levigate per garantire la massima stabilità dell’assemblaggio ed evitare deformazioni
  • Perno biella levigato e rivestito
  • Biella forgiata con lavorazione CNC
  • Sedi cuscinetto e paraolio rinforzate e levigate
  • Scelta più ampia di combinazioni di corsa e biella
  • Controllo qualità di ciascun albero motore effettuato al 100% da parte del costruttore certificato ISO e QC.

 

Caratteristiche immutate:

  • Albero motore con volano tondo per una maggiore precompressione
  • Volani levigati
  • Motore quasi senza vibrazioni grazie al sofisticato bilanciamento garantito da fori tamponati, contrappesi in rame e tungsteno
  • Lubrificazione della gabbia a rulli della testa di biella tramite due grandi fessure per la lubrificazione
  • Diametro del perno biella: 22 mm

 

15 anni di esperienza nella progettazione di alberi motore

Gli alberi motore bgm PRO Competition sono il risultato di un totale di 15 anni di esperienza, più altri tre anni di lavoro di progettazione e test per poter migliorarli ed offrire degli alberi motore in grado di garantire la massima stabilità e resistenza alla deformazione.

Il Team Replay si è servito di numerosi componenti bgm per le competizioni inglesi BSSO del 2018, tra cui anche il nuovo albero motore bgm. Darren Conneely si è aggiudicato il secondo posto del Gruppo 4.

Nous ambitionnons d’améliorer continuellement nos produits.

Nous avons amélioré nos vilebrequins pour Lambretta. Maintenant nous les faisons fabriquer chez un autre fabricant et le processus complet -depuis l’idée jusqu’au lancement- a pris presque trois ans, mais nous sommes très satisfaits avec le résultat ! Les tests ont pris autant de temps que le processus de développement.

Les nouveaux vilos sont disponibles avec une course de 58mm et 60mm et une bielle de 107mm, 110mm et 115mm de largeur :

Prouvé sur le circuit

Darren Conneely du Team Replay a testé le nouveau vilebrequin bgm PRO Competition lors des courses BSSO en 2018. Paul “Chalkie ” White du Team Replay s’est concocté la Lambretta Group 4 Racer avec un cylindre bgm RT 195 et le nouveau vilo bgm PRO Competition, avec plus de 30ch à la roue arrière et un plage de régime jusqu’à 11.000 tr/min. C’était donc une véritable mise à l’épreuve.

Tandis que nous on a testé le vilo sur la route, Darren l’a testé sur le circuit et il a occupé la 2e place dans le groupe 4. Félicitations !

  • logements de roulement et joint spy durcis et polis
  • plus de combinaisons de course et bielle que jamais
  • contrôle de qualité de chaque vilebrequin, 100% contrôle du fabricant certifié ISO et QC

Caractéristiques éprouvées et pas modifiées :

  • masse pleine pour une précompression plus élevée
  • volants forgés
  • moteur presque sans vibrations dû au vilebrequin parfaitement équilibré (grâce aux bouchons cachés à l’intérieur et contrepoids en cuivre et tungstène)
  • bonne lubrification de la tête de bielle grâce à deux grands conduits
  • diamètre du maneton=22mm

Wir haben unsere Lambretta-Kurbelwellen überarbeitet. Die Arbeit mit unserem neuen Hersteller hat fast drei Jahre gedauert. Wir sind mit dem Endergebnis sehr zufrieden. Die Tests dauerten so lange wie die Entwicklungsarbeit.

Es gibt die neue Lambretta Kurbelwelle in 58 mm und 60 mm Hub und mit Pleuelängen von 107 mm, 110 mm und 115 mm:

Erprobt im Renneinsatz

Darren Conneely vom Team Replay hat die neue bgm PRO Competition Kurbelwelle in der Saison 2018 erfolgreich bei BSSO-Rennen eingesetzt. Der Lambretta Group 4 Racer mit einem bgm RT 195 Zylinder Kit und der neuen bgm PRO Competition Welle wurde von Paul “Chalkie ” White vom Team Replay gebaut. Mit über 30 PS Leistung am Hinterrad und Drehzahlen von bis zu 11.000 U/min eine wirkliche Belastungsprobe.

Während wir also die Kurbelwellen ausgiebig auf der Straße getestet haben, raste Darren mit der neuen Kurbelwelle auf den 2. Platz in der Gruppe 4. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!

15 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kurbelwellen-Entwicklung

In den bgm PRO Competition Wellen stecken insgesamt 15 Jahre Erfahrung. In der Optimierung drei weitere Jahre an Entwicklungsarbeit und Tests, um eine Welle realisieren zu können, die maximale Verdrehsicherheit und Standfestigkeit bietet.

In der englischen BSSO Rennserie ist das Team Replay mit etlichen bgm Teilen in die Saison 2018 gestartet. Unter anderem mit der neuen und überarbeiteten bgm Kurbelwelle. Replay’s Fahrer Darren Conneely hat in der Gruppe 4 den zweiten Platz rausgefahren.

Siempre aspirando a productos aún mejores…

Hemos mejorado nuestros cigüeñales para la Lambretta. Ahora los mandamos hacer con otro fabricante y el proceso -desde la idea hasta el lanzamiento- ha tardado casi tres años, pero estamos super contentos con el resultado final. Las pruebas duraron lo mismo que el proceso de desarrollo.

Los nuevos cigüeñales están disponibles con una carrera de 58mm y 60mm y una biela de 107mm, 110mm y 115mm de largo:

Probado en las competiciones

Darren Conneely del Team Replay ha probado los nuevos cigüeñales bgm PRO Competition durante la temporada 2018 en las competiciones BSSO. Paul “Chalkie ” White del Team Replay ha montado la Lambretta Group 4 Racer con un cilindro bgm RT 195 y el nuevo cigüeñal bgm PRO Competition. Salió una moto con más de 30cv en la rueda trasera y un rango de revoluciones hasta 11.000rpm, así que realmente fue una prueba de resistencia.

Mientras que nosotros hemos realizado extensas pruebas en la calle, Darren las ha realizado en el circuito y logró el segundo lugar en el grupo 4. ¡Enhorabuena!

  • superficies prensadas pulidas para garantizar una máxima estabilidad de las uniones y evitar así la torsión
  • codo de biela pulido y revestido
  • biela forjada mecanizada en CNC
  • alojamientos de rodamientos y retenes endurecidos y pulidos
  • más combinaciones de carrera y biela
  • control de calidad de cada cigüeñal, 100% control del fabricante certificado ISO y QC

 

Características no modificadas:

  • volantes redondos para mayor precompresión
  • volantes forjados
  • motor prácticamente libre de vibraciones gracias a cigüeñal perfectamente equilibrado (se consigue mediante agujeros taponados en el interior y contrapesos de cobre y wólfram)
  • buena lubricación de la cabeza de biela gracias a dos estrías grandes
  • diámetro de codo de biela=22mm
