The scooter models which are provided with exploded views are listed in the vehicle category. Select your scooter model from the main category:

  • Vespa, Lambretta

In the main section of the exploded views you will find the name of the scooter you have selcted. If drawings are available, the name of the scooter will contain a link which will rederect you to the exploded views.

Once you have selected the first exploded drawing, you will see on the left side the menu containing a list of the other groups. This allows you to quickly and easily find other spare parts you need:

Bei Fahrzeugmodellen, für die es bereits Explosionszeichnungen gibt, werden diese beim der Fahrzeugkategorie angezeigt. Wähl zunächst über die Navigationsleiste Dein Rollermodell unter den Hauptkategorien:

Auf der Kategorieseite findest Du dann im Kopf der Seite den Hinweise zur Explosionszeichnung, falls es diese für das Fahrzeug schon gibt.

Smallframe, Largeframe and Wideframe?

Here in our blog article we have grouped the classic Vespa models in three categories:

  • Vespa Smallframe
  • Vespa Largeframe
  • Vespa Wideframe

The main difference is represented by the size of their frame. Largeframe models have for instance a larger frame and are heavier in comparison with the Smallframe models.

Vespa Smallframe

The genuine small Vespa models are provided with a displacement of maximum 125cc, e.g. Vespa PK 125 or Vespa Primavera/ET3.

However, the term Smallframe usually indicates 50cc scooters. The frames of the Smallframe models are narrower and lighter. On the engine side there is only a flap to reach the spark plug and other parts.

  • Vespa Primavera

Vespa Largeframe

Largeframe are Vespa models with the maximum power: 80-200cc and up to 12HP. The side panel on the engine side can be completely removed. Largeframe models include for instance:

Vespa Wideframe

The Wideframe models are the Vespas from the early 50s: the very first models with large side panels and often with tube handlebar or headlight on the mudguard like in the rod models “Faro Basso”. All Vespas with a flap under the seat are the Wideframe models. The frames are large because of the wide engine mounting. Here some examples of this Vespa range:

Smallframe, Largeframe e Wideframe?

In questo articolo abbiamo suddiviso i modelli della Vespa d’epoca nelle seguenti categorie:

  • Vespa Smallframe
  • Vespa Largeframe
  • Vespa Wideframe

Ciò che differenzia principalmente questi veicoli è il “frame”, ovvero il telaio. Le Smallframe presentano un telaio piccolo, mentre le Largeframe presentano peso e dimensioni maggiori.

Vespa Smallframe

I “piccoli” modelli Vespa hanno una cilindrata di serie di massimo 125cc come ad esempio Vespa PK 125 o Vespa Primavera / ET3.

Generalmente però per Smallframe si intendono gli scooter da 50cc. I telai dei modelli Smallframe sono più stretti e più leggeri. Sul lato motore c’è solo uno sportellino per accedere alla candela e ai componenti vicini. I modelli Vespa Smallframe comprendono ad esempio i seguenti veicoli:

  • Vespa V50
  • Vespa PK
  • Vespa Primavera

Le Wideframe sono i primi modelli degli anni ’50. I modelli precedenti con i bellissimi cofani larghi, spesso con manubrio tubolare o con il faro anteriore posizionato in basso, sul parafango, come per le Faro Basso. Tutte le Vespe con sportellino sotto la sella sono i modelli Wideframe. Il telaio ampio è dovuto alla traversa motore molto larga. Modelli di questo tipo sono ad esempio:

Smallframe, Largeframe und Wideframe?

Hier im Blog haben wir die Fahrzeuge noch mal nach Smallframe, Largeframe und Wideframe sortiert.

Wir unterscheiden bei den klassischen Vespas zwischen

  • Vespa Smallframe
  • Vespa Largeframe
  • Vespa Wideframe

Der wesentliche (äußerliche) Unterschied liegt, wie es der Name schon sagt, im Frame =Rahmen.

Smallframe sind die Vespas mit dem kleinen Rahmen.
Largeframe Modelle sind vom Gewicht und den Abmessungen her größer.

Vespa Smallframe

Die „kleinen“ Vespa Modelle haben original maximal 125 ccm Hubraum. Zum Beispiel Vespa PK 125, oder Vespa Primavera / ET3.

Meist sind mit Smallframe aber die 50 ccm Roller gemeint. Die Rahmen der Smallframe-Modelle sind schmaler und leichter. Auf der Motorseite gibt es lediglich eine Klappe um an Zündkerze und Co. zu gelangen. Vespa Smallframe Modelle sind z.B.

  • Vespa V50,
  • Vespa PK,
  • Vespa Primavera.

Largeframe sind die großen Vespas, die Modelle, die im Auslieferungszustand mit der höchsten Leistung erhältlich waren: 80 – 200 ccm und bis zu 12PS. Die Seitenhaube („Backe“) an der Motorseite ist immer komplett abnehmbar. Vespa Largeframe-Modelle sind z.B.:

Das sind die ersten Vespa Modelle aus den früher 50ern. Die ältesten Modelle mit den tollen breiten Seitenhauben und oft mit Rohrlenker oder Lampe unten aus dem Kotflüger “Faro Basso”. Alle Vespas mit Klappe unter der Sitzbank sind Wideframe  Modelle. Den breiten Rahmen haben Sie wegen der sehr breiten Motortraverse. Modelle dieser Bauart sind zum Beispiel:

  • Lampe Unten („Faro Basso“), Rohrlenker
  • Vespa T1  „Struzzo“, T2, T3

Heute ist ein spannender Tag: Am Vormittag geht unser neuer Shop online. Wir haben lange daran gearbeitet., alles wird schöner, schneller, und noch sicherer.
