Whether final customer or dealer, Scooter Center sends you your spare parts with free shipping. For orders with a minumum order value from 149 € (see list below) to addresses within Europe the shipment is free of charge. Excluded are bulky / heavy items which are shipped with a freight forwarder. Such items are marked with the respective icon.

How and when do you send me my spare parts?
Scooter Center offers you different shipping options in order to send orders worldwide with a cheap and fast delivery service. Orders placed by 4:00 pm from Mondays to Fridays are dispatched on the same day. Shipping costs are shown while placing an order / in your shopping cart and vary depending on the delivery country, order value, weight of the parcel and shipping method you choose, but you can also calculate them using the shipping cost calculator by selecting the delivery country and the weight of the parcel.

When do I get my parcel?
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the ordered goods, ie whether they are already in stock or shall be ordered for you. Moreover, they also depend on the selected shipping option (standard or express) and carrier. If all ordered items are in stock, orders are placed until 16:00 from Mondays to Fridays parcels are sent on the same day of the order.
