For our BGM Superstrong clutch for Lambretta now also the suitable clutch spring locating tool BGM8011TL2!

Thanks to this centring tool it will be very easy to hold the clutch springs in place during the mounting.

BGM clutch with integrated compression system

The BGM Superstrong clutch for Lambretta has an integrated compression system.

The clutch is provided with two screws and long nuts.
On the front side of the clutch spider there are two legs marked with a point which signals on their base a threaded hole for the screw.

Practical and easy to use:

Modern butyl inner tubes for Vespa and Lambretta

The new bgm inner tubes have been designed to meet the needs of classic scooters. In the last years there has been a great development in tuning measures and, as a result, an increased engine power. Modern disc brakes combined with bgm shock absorbers provide a high-performance scooter. As scooter riders we often gain from the developments of new motorcycle tyres which are then applied to the smaller tyres. Nevertheless for ages no innovations have been developed for tubes, but now we present you our new inner tubes:

inner tube for Lambretta, part no. BGM8700L and inner tube for Vespa, part. no. BGM8700V

Different valve position for Vespa and Lambretta

Our inner tubes are specially manufactured for the specific features of Vespa and Lambretta:

bgm-ventil-90-45-grad

We have a tube with a 90° valve stem for Vespa and other scooters, while for the Lambretta we have a tube with a 45° valve stem. These valves are differently positioned and vulcanised. The butyl quantity is higher than 50% and this guarantees an extremely high air tightness and realiability. Because of the high butyl quantity the production costs are higher, but the result is, in our opinion, a high-quality tube.

Inner tube for Vespa

Tube-BGM PRO- 3.00-10, 3.50-10, 90/90-10, 100/80-10, 100/90-10 – Valve position Vespa, part no. BGM8700V, 90° valve stem, fits Vespa and many other models.

Inner tube for Lambretta

Tube-BGM PRO- 3.00-10, 3.50-10, 90/90-10, 100/80-10, 100/90-10 – Valve position Lambretta, part no. BGM8700L, 45° valve stem. For your safety. The position of the valve stem prevents the rubbing of the valve against the rear suspension linkage pin and that, sooner or later, it comes off.

Always faithful to the details and to the classic style

And for the detail lovers we have not only ensured the safety of the right angle of the valve stem, but we have also provided a metal valve cap and a valve extractor, just like the genuine tubes for Lambretta.

High quality and perfect positioning

Inner tubes with a small quantity of butyl have, on the other hand, a higher quantity of rubber which makes them more flexible. As a result, they can be used for many more tyres with different sizes (up to 130/90-10). However, tubes containing more rubber are less airtight. We want to offer a high-quality item, therefore, in order to guarantee a perfect airtightness, we have decided to produce tubes with a higher butyl quantity for tyres up to 100/90-10. For your safety! Meanwhile there are many Vespa imitations but Vespa still represents an outstanding and unique icon the the world of scooters. This has an advantage: bgm inner tubes also fit many other scooters with 10 inch tubed tyres.

Useful information for a trouble-free mounting

When mounting the tyre, please apply the mounting paste on the tyre bead and slather talcum powder over the inside of the tyre. Mounting paste provides the right position of the tyre and talc reduces internal rubbing. This guarantees the safety and long life of your tyres.

Tyre mounting paste -ECON- 1 kg part no. 3330132
Reifenmontagepaste -ECON- 1 kg Artikelnr. 3330132

Mounting paste provides not only an easy fitting of the tyre on the wheel, but it also ensures the right positioning of the tyre. If fitted without mounting paste, the tyre may not be positioned properly on the wheel and, therefore, it loses its stability.

ECON mounting paste can be easily applied with a brush.

Resealable bucket, 1kg.

Talc powder -ECON- 500 gr sprinkler, part no. 3330131
Talkum -ECON- 500 g StreudoseArtikelnr. 3330131

Talcum powder is essential for a trouble-free mounting of tyres with inner tubes. If fitted without talcum, inner tubes might stick to the tyres. This may cause a damage in the area of the valve, since, due to the movement of the inner side of the tyre, the tube cannot move freely.

Vespa World Days 2017

The parallel event for Vespa in 2017 will take place in Germany: Vespa World Days 2017 in Celle

90´s Cult Scooter Rally

On 26.-28. August (bank holiday weekend) Spirit of 84 Scooterists organise an international scooter rally in Kronenberg near Venlo, Holland.

First time Venlo – Holiday in Holland

The first Venlo rally started in 1993 and, along with the Speed Demons SC rally in Borculo, it became part of the original Holiday in Holland. Scooterists from all over Europe gathered – mainly from Germany, Austria, Benelux and Britain – to enjoy a great party. If you can remember it you weren’t there, a circumstance which, unfortunately, ended in a “compulsory break”.

Today: Venlo again

Fast forward 20 years. In the middle of a hazy night the old organisers had a clear epiphany: ‘Let’s revive Venlo again.’ Since 2013 the event is back on and keeps growing. Last year more than 1300 people attended, many of whom were already there in the nineties with most arriving on two wheels, which makes it the largest independent rally on the continent.

LIT_3579-Venlo-Scooter-Euro-Rally

Bringing back the spirit of the olden days is also reflected in the programme. The main floor features scooterist’s classics like Soul, R’n’B, Ska/Reggea, Brit Pop, Madchester and more. If you are more inclined to party full-on to electronic beats from four-on-the-floor to hardcore come and join us on the indie/alternative floor. Sounds are by courtesy of British and international veteran rally DJs. Please note: Kids should be kept off the site at night time.

Volles Programm

DSC_6369-Venlo-Scooter-Euro-Rally

The entertainment during Saturday daytime also uses the old template from a couple of decades ago; like a custom show and a beach area to chill and enjoy fresh cocktails. There is a versatile food offering from a genuine Belgian chippy to healthy stuff for vegetarians/vegans. Incidentally, we’d like to stress that, just like the clean showers and toilet facilities, the organisers are aware the latter are NOT authentically nineties so please do accept their apologies.

On top of that there is a horse power shoot including FREE Dyno runs! The most powerful contender wins a trophy. And, of course, there will be the obligatory fun games – we shall say no more…

Grass track racing

DSC_5189-Venlo-Scooter-Euro-Rally

For many a highlight is the grass track racing, becoming ever more popular from year to year. Fast pilots ride along with total novices, which is why the grits are being made up by lap times in the qualifying. The rules couldn’t be simpler: You’ll need a scooter, a helmet and protective gear – ideal for newbies. So just run wotcha brung, no need to pre-apply, simply let us know on-site.

The racing team is very successful and currently scores wins all across Europe. We are glad to be allowed to contribute with our BGM parts. The following parts are fitted in the racing Lambrettas:

BGM PRO products

  • Rear shock absorber -BGM PRO R12 V2 Black Edition, 300-310mm- Lambretta LI, LIS, SX, TV (series 2-3), DL, GP – black, item number BGM7772
Most current version of the Lambretta BGM shock absorber. In comparison to earlier versions, this has been further optimised.
The greatest novelty being the height-adjustment of the shock absorber of up to 10 mm. Thus making it possible to generate more space between frame and intake.
    New features:
    – Bushes supported with silent rubbers
    – Progressively wound spring
    – Rebound and compression damping with marks hard -> soft
    – Length-adjustment of up to 10 mm
    Proven features remained the same:
    – Massive 14 mm piston rod
    – Spring preload adjustment
    – Massive CNC body, anodized
  • Cable set -BGM PRO- Lambretta DL, GP, item number BGM6401N
Revised version of the proven Lambretta BGM PRO cable set. Well-known features, like correct length of inner and outer shells, outer cable with PFTE sleeve for easy use and detailed plan to lay cables obviously haven’t changed. Improved details are new. Like double pressed cable end sleeves or inner cables, which last longer. Cables for clutch and front brake now come with inner cables with cable barrel. This takes quite a bit of strain off the cables at the lever, making torn clutch cables a thing of the past. The set contains the following cables: Gears (2x), clutch, front brake, rear brake, throttle cable, additional long inner gas cable to use with larger carburetors, choke cable and solder fitting to adjust length to non-original carburetors.
  • Clutch bush -BGM PRO- Lambretta LI, LI S, SX, TV (series 2-3), DL, GP, item number BGM8010B
The BGM PRO clutch bush is another innovation in clutch technology for Lambretta. High-quality, special material always stands for perfect gliding behaviour. The bush allows smooth disengagement behaviour of the clutch, perfecting your start and resulting in a clean engagement without jolts even for high performance engines. The BGM bush is made of special material (use with a bit lubricant only) and precisely made of one block.
    – Special material for high loads
    – Made in Germany
    – Smooth disengagement behaviour of the clutch
    – Start without jolting
    – Circumferential lubrication groove
    – Fits Lambretta LI, LI S, SX, TV (series 2-3), DL, GP

Scooter Center representation with BGM booth on Eurolambretta

That was an appropriate 50th anniversary party of LCD (Lambretta Club Germany): Eurolambretta 2016 in Geiselwind!

Of course we have been part of the celebrations and have presented our most current BGM developments to the Lambretta world. Nicest weather attracted many visitors and we met many interested guests at our booth and had great talks with our customers.

We have been present with an advance publication of our new BGM catalogue and a wide range of Lambretta parts. We have been able to help many guests, who had come from far away, at our booth or with our express services and deliveries directly to this location. These are our impressions of the event:

This is the correct way to mount a stud

Brake drums, cylinders, engine casings – studs are everywhere. Mounting usually includes the locknut method. And we have even seen the use of pliers… But this can be prevented:

Gentle and easy assembly

Exchanging studs is easy when using a tool with tight grip.

BGM72KT 006

Our stud installer has been designed to meet the demands of classic scooters.

No size has troubles with a short thread and can be used in small spaces without worries.
Please note: The mounting tool doesn’t need a long thread. You should therefore make sure that the minimum engagement depth is met.

BGM72KT(4)

Special tool for Vespa, Lambretta and Co.

Studs in the engine casing or the cylinder outlet are one example for special cases. These are tight spaces and the studs are very short. A standard roller type stud extractor would definitely lead to damages of the thread or will be limited in use, due to a lack of space. BGM72KT 001

Our BGM tool doesn’t strain the thread of the stud. The actual grip comes from the integrated ball, which grips the head of the bolt.

BGM72KT 015

These helpers are small and therefore easy to store in the luggage box on any tour. BGM72M6(1)

These stud installers are available as set or individually in M6, M7 and M8. BGM72KT(1)

Stud installer

Smart tool by BGM for damage free mounting and dismounting of studs.

Screw the BGM PRO tool to the stud and lock it with the integrated hex socket screw. Thus gripping the thread of the stud. Now turn the outer sides of the key. The stud is fixed and will either be loosened or tightened. Watch for a sufficient lock for a tight grip of the tool.

Perfect for short bolts (as for Lambretta gear box covers). Minimum length of free thread of stud: M6 / /M7 = 6,5mm M8 = 9mm.

Available individually or as set.
Rare thread size M7 also available!

Necessary additional tool: Ring / open end wrench: WS19, hex wrench: 6mm

Oil squeeze jug for Vespa, Lambretta and Co.

This handy oil squeeze jug by BGM Pro is two-in-one:

  1. On the one hand it is an oil jug, storage jug for 1 litre or 1/2 litres oil and
  2. On the other hand it helps to easily and quickly mix oil

So this jug is oil can and oil mixing jug in one!

How does it work?

You fill the upper dosing chamber by applying pressure on the lower part of the bottle. Lines in 5-ml-steps mark the content. Once you measured the liquid with these marks, you can easily empty the chamber. The one of the large 1 litre jug holds 60ml oil – enough to mix 3 litres of fuel at a mixing ratio of 1:50.

A second lid tightly closes the rest of the bottle. No need for another measuring jug which makes you gain more space in the scooter. You can refill oil at any time through the two screw tops.

Available in 2 sizes

Spectacular looks and safe protection against theft

We like this lock by MasterLock for its extraordinary cuff design.

It’s not only about looks but it also has a very high safety classification. Revolving joints prevent a fixed anchor point. The safety lock is made of hardened steel with high-tech ABS coat and is supplied with 4 keys.

Safe

The Masterlock Street Cuff with 9 chain links also perfectly fits a Lambretta thematically. But the Masterlock 8290 also offers perfect protection to any Vespa and any other scooter. The cuffs take perfect hold of fork or crank and therefore prevent theft of the loved and valuable scooter.

Handy & easily stored

Thanks to the cuff design the scooter lock is very handy using only a little space in the glove box. The lock is made of hardened steel and tightly locks with 10 pin cylinders.

Lambretta chrome wheel rims

With every change of the tyres the wheel rim should be inspected. Rims used for decades are very likely to be damaged at the wheel studs, rim flange or have a rusty rim base. In these cases the BGM Lambretta chrome wheel rim is a perfect substitute with a great cost-benefit ratio!

CHROME BRINGS YOU HOME

Chrome offers a highlight in looks and at the same time it protects the wheel rim from becoming rusty. The perfect polishing before the chroming and the multi-stage chroming process results in deep and shiny chrome of the BGM rim. The quality is very close to an English custom chromed rim.

The BGM original rim features:

  • High quality processing
  • Perfect fit
  • Fitting rim profile
  • Perfect position of the valve hole
  • True running, excellent when speaking of stamped wheel rims
  • Excellent cost-benefit ratio

Our recommendation for works on Vespa and Lambretta engines

Working precisely is essential for a good result when building up a new engine.
Inlet timing of rotary valve or piston ported engines as well as transfer and outlet timing of a cylinder are crucial factors in building an engine.

It all depends on the choice of components, but usually cylinders and/or engine casings have to be fine tuned in order to achieve the desired trigger delay angle in inlet and cylinder. Sometimes measuring with a calliper is not enough. Therefore we recommend to once assembling the engine without fitting it in the scooter. Because this will allow you to get the dimensions you need. And if you found out then, that the engine casing needs fine tuning, you would have to remove the ball bearing again. Which usually shortens the life span of the sensible bearing immensely.

NEW: Bearing dummies

Bearing dummies help you in this cause.

Lagerdummy (2)

Advantages of bearing dummies

The dummy will fit without the common need of heating the engine casing.
The dummies have, just like ball bearings, visible chamfers for easy assembly.

Lagerdummy_2 (4)

Once the dummies are fitted, you can still turn the crankshaft and you can even measure the gap dimension.

A useful tool to gain this important data is for instance the BGM timing disc in combination with the Whale. This set will help you to easily and precisely measure the trigger delay angle.

the-whale-tool-adjust-ignition

Once you collected all the data by using bearing dummies, you can easily remove the substitute ball bearings from the engine casing.

Lagerdummy (3)

The right size matters!

We have now developed bearing dummies by BGM PRO. MADE IN GERMANY

The bearings are available in all important sizes. The description of the dummies includes the dimensions of the corresponding ball bearing and the name of the bearing. Guide to read information on size (the bearing dummy for the ignition bearing of a Vespa PX and PK ETS will serve as example):

Bearing dummy crankshaft -BGM PRO- NBI 253815 (25x38x15mm)

  • NBI 253815 = name of the bearing given by the producer (Nadella, SKF, …)
  • 25 = inner diameter of the bearing in millimetre
  • 38 = external diameter of the bearing in millimetre
  • 15 = width of the bearing in millimetre

Lagerdummy_2 (2)

Available in all sizes:

Various combinations sorted by type of scooter:

You see, you will need different dummies for various combinations of engine and crankshaft.

Vespa Sprint 2-port

  • Flywheel side BGM1200TL; bearing dummy crankshaft -BGM PRO- 613912 (25x62x12mm)
  • Ignition side BGM1200TL; bearing dummy crankshaft -BGM PRO- 613912 (25x62x12mm)

Vespa T5

  • Flywheel side BGM1200TL; bearing dummy crankshaft -BGM PRO- 613912 (25x62x12mm)
  • Ignition side BGM1205TL; bearing dummy crankshaft -BGM PRO- N205, NU205, 6205 (25x52x15mm)

Vespa PK 50 with conversion to ETS crankshaft

  • Flywheel side BGM1203TL; bearing dummy crankshaft -BGM PRO- 6303 (17x47x14mm)
  • Ignition side BGM1207TL; bearing dummy crankshaft -BGM PRO- conversion to PK ETS bearing (25x47x12mm)

Lambretta GP

  • Flywheel side BGM1204TL; bearing dummy crankshaft -BGM PRO- 6305 (62x25x17mm)
  • Ignition side BGM1206TL; bearing dummy crankshaft -BGM PRO- NU2205 (25x52x18mm)

Synthetic bearing dummy

This allows you to try the fit of the crankshaft in the engine casing without the need of force and the crankshaft can still be moved. You can therefore measure without wearing crankshaft or the new bearing out. Perfect, to check the trigger delay angle of the crankshaft (rotary valve inlet) or of the cylinder (outlet timing, transfer timing). Made in Germany

Bearing dummies by BGM PRO are available in the Scooter Center Scootershop:

Grommet and blank plug rubber for Vespa & Co.

When transforming or restoring a scooter it’s often the small things that are missing and then might cause the mechanic to loose his cool.

For example: a small blank plug rubber, aka grommet, is missing in order to connect the battery or indicator, or a plug rubber is missing to close a no longer wanted hole, because you want to fit another tail light.

Gummistopfen 003

It’s a sideswipe like this that really takes time and gets on your nerves.

Gummistopfen 004

An open hole in one of the side panels does not really add to the looks of a scooter. You could weld, polish and paint that piece. But you could avoid all this by closing the visible hole with a blank plug rubber.

Gummistopfen 006

A set of blank plug rubbers or grommets helps you in this cause.

The tipp for any garage

The sets cover a wide range of rubbers of the popular diameters, which you need for most of the scooters. All plugs are sorted according to their outer diameter and come in a transparent box. Your scooter garage will remain tidy!

PARMAKIT Scooter Power Parts 100% Made in Italy

We have been on Italy tour for you again. This time we have been heading for Parma in Emiglia-Romagna. And just as it has been the case for our visit of the Rimini Lambretta Centre, we haven’t seen much of the scenery. Sightseeing wasn’t part of our program – we wanted something a lot better: We were heading for the industrial area and PARMAKIT.

Parmakit Vespa Scooter Tuning

Friendly business

PARMAKIT had already visited us and has had a booth at our Customshow in Cologne. Now was the time to visit them in Italy. Currently you can still take part in our PARMAKIT – raffle

“Dolce Vita”, “Bella Italia” and “sun always shines in Italy”?
Not at all. At the beginning of May we had snow on the Brenner Pass and rain in Parma. But a warm welcome at PARMAKIT made us feel a lot better and we were allowed to take a look behind the scenes of the renowned company. We were overwhelmed by their know-how, diversity but especially by quality and performance of their products.

PARMAKIT stands for highest quality and 100% MADE IN ITALY

Just as we take it with BGM, PARMAKIT cooperates with companies and suppliers in the region to assure a constantly high level of quality.

Having scooter racing in the blood

PARMAKIT started in racing and these kind Italians also live racing to the fullest. Last weekend they won the POLINI-CUP. They are currently pepping up the ESC – European Scooter Challenge. The next race they intend to win is the BSSO – British Scooter Racing coming weekend in East Fortune close to Edinburgh, Scotland. The experiences made in racing are incorporated in the development of the Italian products with extremely high standards.

Parmakit at Scooter Center

We and PARMAKIT will cooperate even closer in the future, share experiences and enlarge our product range. Stay tuned!

This short video sums our impressions up:

The perfect bowden cable for Vespa & Lambretta

Acceleration, brakes, gears and clutch – these features of your classic scooter are being used with the help of cables.
Maintenance of, care for and choice of material of these obviously simple parts is decisive.

We therefore included high quality BGM PRO cable sets for your classic scooter in our program.

Exchanging the old cables with a BGM cable set will be a long-term solution for flawless running and smooth operation of your scooter.

Zugsatz BGM 012

Even better than OEM quality

BGM cable sets have the same dimensions as the originals for various vehicles.

Fitting cable lengths and fitting, safely tightened cable ends stand for an easy assembly and long-term operation.

Zugsatz BGM 017

The front brake cable and the clutch cable have been designed with the so-called pear shape terminal. This design enables the inner cable to move according to any strain. Of course you can also buy an adaptor that fits the pear shape terminals.

Piaggio sadly offers rather bad quality in this sector. Please check out this comparison:

Zugsatz BGM_1

The nipple has extreme cast burrs and does neither really fit the cable by Piaggio nor the original cable barrel by Piaggio. Zugsatz BGM_1 (1)

A simple assembly of the Piaggio material is impossible, you will need to work hard with a file or hand mill. The abscess-like cable end won’t fit the brake lever.

Zugsatz BGM_1 (3)

Perfection and love for details

When designing the BGM cable sets, we have been focusing on these and other details. We still work on our scooters ourselves and just like you, we are annoyed by bad and expensive “original parts” that can only be used after intensive care.

The adaptors of the BGM cables turn a stress free assembly into reality. The pear shape terminal perfectly fits – as you can see – in the small space of the Rally and V50 lever. Zugsatz BGM_1 (6)

Advice: Use some grease

Please don’t forget to grease the nipple before assembly, in order to have it turn smoothly when the lever is used.

Zugsatz bgm 005

The consequence of a non-greased nipple is too much friction and it won’t turn properly, which causes the inner cable to bend with each use of the lever.

Just count the number of times you use your clutch during daily commuting. Even the best inner cable will quit the job after a rather small amount of such bends – and this will most probably be at night on an empty country road….

Info: Movement of the cable nipple

In order to make our statement clearer, we opened a gear change twist grip and marked nipple and lever. The mark shows how much the nipple turns with the use of the clutch lever. If the movement of the nipple is impossible, the inner cable will be bent.

Zugsatz bgm_4

Zugsatz bgm_4 (1)

You will need to react, if your cables look like this!

Old, original cables were of simple design. If the thin, outer sheath has become brittle over the years, water and dirt will easily get to the soul of the cable.

Zugsatz bgm_7 004

This will harm the smooth movement of the cables. Dirt and water are reasons for high friction of cables. Water will cause the cables to rust from the inside to the outside and will soon lead to breaks.

A guide of PTFE at the inner side of the sheath of BGM cable sets enhances smooth movements of cables.

The thin PTFE guide also prevents damage to the inner cable by water or dirt, might the sheath be damaged. Zugsatz BGM 001

BGM PRO cables with PTFE

Simplified: the material PTFE is self-lubricating. A mechanic contact, here the moving inner cable, loosens fibres of the PTFE, which cause a kind of ball bearing effect, so that the cable can be moved with less friction. A little test impressively demonstrates the smoothness of the movement.

Take the new cable and form a spiral. In case of a cable without PTFE, you will no longer be able to move the inner cable. The radius of the sheath will drastically increase friction, which blocks the inner cable. Once you straighten the cable, you will be able to move the inner cable again.

In case of a cable with PTFE guide, you will even be able to easily move the cable in the spiral.

The PTFE interior of the BGM cable sets are surrounded by a stable bowden cable of flat steel.

Cheap versions of the sheath by other manufacturers, using simple wire for the bowden cable, tend to be compressed like a screw spring or concertina, when being used.

This effect leads to imprecise changes of gears and operation of the clutch. Cheap cables dramatically enhance the feeling of “nothing happens” when braking and give a washy feeling in sudden braking manoeuvres.

The sheath of the BGM cables is made of flat steel, which is very resistant to compression. Paired with the inner cable you will have precise feedback when using brakes, clutch and gears.

Cable end

Cable ends are another important detail. The cable end should always fix the sheath and shouldn’t peel off. Not even after a long, intense life.

The bowden cable is ground and placed against the ends, in order to avoid the flat steel to bore through the cable end but rather create a common surface of flat steel and cable end.

Securing the cable end is another crucial detail. The cable ends of Piaggo cables are only squeezed.

But cable ends of BGM cables are secured by two embossings and the cable end can basically only be detached by destroying the cable. Zugsatz BGM_1 (8)

Cable ends of no two vehicles are the same.

The most fitting example would probably be the clutch cable of the PX. From 1984, with the conversion to EFL models, the shape of the top hat bush of the clutch cable changed.

The diameter of the cable end had been decisively enlarged to grant a better guidance and bracing in the gear change twist grip. The hole in the gear change twist grip was designed accordingly. A cable of the older models would slip through the large hole in the gear change twist grip – and a new clutch cable wouldn’t fit the hole in the old gear change twist grips.

For our cable sets we have thought of everything, even the rubber sleeve at the end of the front brake cables.

Zugsatz BGM (1)

This is a part, which lets your front brake cable live longer. Despite this fact, Piaggio does not supply it.

These are only four examples of details we considered for your perfect choice of components.

Available for Vespa and Lambretta models

BGM PRO cable sets are available for the following vehicles:

All cables of the BGM cable sets are also available individually. When viewing the respective cable sets you will find the individual cables of the cable set in the spare parts tab.

The cable set for PK-XL2 will be supplied without the gear change cable. Do you need this special cable? Please, order it separately:

Lambretta Clubman exhaust BGM PRO Big Box 3.0

Mark Broadhurst fully exploited his experience in tuning of 2-stroke engines when working on the BIG BOX Clubman. With BigBox, Mark was successful in creating an exhaust, which looks almost like the original Lambretta series 3 exhaust. Mark successfully fitted the performance of an expansion chamber exhaust in the Big Box. Our Clubman is in terms of performance and revs on the same level as the legendary MRB Devtour exhaust, which, sadly, is no longer available. The BGM Lambretta Big Box V3.0 has high torque, a wide range of performance and a very nice development of sound. Many features are part of a series for the first time:

Advantages of Lambretta Big Box V.3.0

  • Same performance as an expansion chamber exhaust
