El carburador YSN PHB it fell as the original, prácticamente en cuanto a todos los detalles. Actualmente podemos ofreceros los siguientes modelos:

  • Carburador-YSN PHBL 25BS- Ø conexión = 30mm - sin toma de depresión / aceite
    ref .: YSN8565

YSN es un fabricante muy bueno y fiable que sigue fabricando los carburadores míticos PHB para nosotros. La calidad corresponde al original italiano y los recambios son intercambiables en the 99% de los casos. La única diferencia consiste en un pasador de centrado más largo, él que guía la guillotina dentro del carburador. In case of querer montar una guillotina de Dell'Orto, it necesario acortar dicho pasador un poco.

Ventaja del carburador PHB

Una gran ventaja del carburador PHB es el juste simple y fácil y la insensibilidad a cambios climaticos. Os indica rápida y claramente si la mezcla es demasiado rica o pobre. A carburador de Mikuni or Keihin por ejemplo suele funcionar sorprendentemente bien a pesar de una mezcla demasiado pobre, lo que al final puede causar el gripaje del motor.

Adjust the carburador PHB

In most of the scooters be puede empezar con los siguientes chiclés:

PHBH 28 

  • Mezclador: AV264
  • Aguja: X2 or X3
  • Chicle de baja: 55
  • Chiclé de alta: 120-145
  • Válvula gas: 30 (rico) or 40 (more pobre)

PHBL 25 

  • Mezclador: AQ264
  • Aguja: D26
  • Chicle de baja: 60-65
  • Chiclé de alta: 95-105
  • Valvula gas: 40 (pobre)

Si suponéis tener problems in cuanto al surtido de gasolina, os recommended mount una válvula de aguja de flotador más grande.

The YSN PHB carburettors correspond to the original in almost every detail. We currently have the following models on offer:

With the manufacturer YSN we have a very good and reliable manufacturer at our side who continues to produce the legendary PHB carburettors for us. The quality is absolutely comparable to the Italian original and the parts are 99% interchangeable. Only the throttle slide is guided via a slightly longer centering pin in the carburetor. If the Dell ”Orto throttle slide is to be used, this aluminum cast pin can simply be withdrawn a little.

Advantage of the PHB carburettor

A big advantage of the PHB carburettors is their easy and good tunability as well as their insensitivity to changes in weather. The PHBH shows quickly and clearly whether the mixture is too rich or too lean. A Mikuni or Keihin carburetor usually runs surprisingly well, even if the tuning is too lean, which unfortunately can quickly manifest itself in a Klemmer.

PHB carburetor spraying

Most scooter engines have the following basic spraying for the PHB carburetor series as a good starting point proven:

PHBH 28 

  • Mixing tube: AV264
  • Needle: X2 or X3
  • Idle jet: 55
  • Main jet: 120-145
  • Slider: 30 (fat) or 40 (leaner)

 

PHBL 25 

  • Mixing tube: AQ264
  • Needle: D26
  • Idle jet: 60-65
  • Main jet: 95-105
  • Slider: 40 (lean)

If problems with the fuel supply are suspected, it is advisable to convert to a larger float needle valve (# 250).
