QUALITY

The product is completely Made in Europe: the brake shoes of the Scooter Center-Brand BGM PRO are one of the most prestigious Italian Brake pad manufacturer manufactured exclusively for BGM. The material comes from German Manufacturer Beral. The aluminum lining carrier is inserted into the Original Piaggio forms poured, one perfect fit is therefore always guaranteed. Developed by BGM in Scooter Center in Cologne.

BRAKING PERFORMANCE

The optimal pad mixture for the BGM PRO brake pad has a high coefficient of friction averaging over 0,54µ. This coefficient of friction can easily be maintained over a wide temperature range. The BGM PRO brake pad can withstand temperature peaks of up to 350 ° C and is also suitable for the toughest applications!

BRAKE DOSAGE

Extensive tests in product development show that the braking behavior of the scooter is immediately powerful, but can also be optimally dosed. These good properties of a brake system do not diminish even under high loads. The selected Beral brake pad for our bgm brake shoes is optimal with an average hardness of 71 shore and offers clear feedback on the brake lever.

ENVIRONMENT

The BGM brake lining material is manufactured without the use of solvents. It does not contain any heavy metal compounds and of course no asbestos. The BGM PRO brake pads are off Deliberately not painted for environmental reasons. Manufactured according to ECE R-90.
