Last weekend the Vespa Club of Germany (VCVD) celebrated its 60th Anniversary as part of the German Vespa Days. The location was an old mining ground named “Zeche Ewald” in the Ruhr urban area. The grounds and buildings of the old mine were closed in 2000, have the structural change, as it takes place everywhere in the Ruhr region, nowadays used as a location for both business and leisure activities. It was a classic environment for classic scooters.

We were there as well with our P4 dyno and a selection of Vespa parts, such as our new bgm Pro SC shock absorbers or the disc brake conversion kit. Saturday morning it was still pretty rainy but later in the day the weather was improving. Our dyno was well received and attracted a few special scooters as well.

Our Goodie bags were really hip. These included a Scooter Center gym bag for the small ones together with catalogues, sticker, trolley chip, pen and online shop voucher.

For entertainment there was a dealer mile, private parts market, an AA training circuit and some shows.

Plenty of food and drinks offers to make everyone happy were there as well. A great thing and the Scooter Center teams hopes that there will be more years to come for the VCVD.
