Nell’ambito del programma per l’open day del Rimini Lambretta Centre, il Teste Cromate Scooter Club locale ha organizzato per domenica una strepitosa scooterata attraverso le dolci colline dell’Emilia Romagna.

Una sosta golosa

Dopo aver percorso qualche chilometro in un corteo abilmente organizzato con una cinquantina di Lambrette, raggiungiamo la nostra prima meta: Europlastsucci. È un cliente di vecchia data e produttore di parti per telai in vetroresina e altre specialità per la Lambretta.

Per consentirci di proseguire al meglio il nostro viaggio e disporci mentalmente al pranzo incombente, ci viene offerto un aperitivo. Dopo esserci ristorati con prosecco e stuzzichini, lasciamo la città per imboccare una meravigliosa strada tra e nei monti.

Lambretta BSG Corse con 45CV e 305cc

Ovviamente avevamo già provato tanti scooter estremi. Ma quello che Philipp ha guidato nel corteo è stato una vera bomba:

la Lambretta BSG Corse con cilindrata di 305cc e potenza di oltre 50CV. La più impetuosa che abbiamo mai guidato. Blocco motore CNC ricavato da un unico pezzo, cilindro BSG Corse di 305cc, cambio Cyclone 5 Speed e frizione BGM PRO Superstrong: questo mostro dà vita a una potenza di oltre 50CV. Per l’open day dell’RLC lo scooter di prova è stato purtroppo limitato da 51CV a 45CV.

La prima impressione:

La bestia risponde ai comandi in modo animalesco, raggiungendo oltre 100km/h in un batter d’occhio. Grazie alla frizione BGM PRO SUPERSTRONG i cambi marcia sono precisi, semplici e morbidi; il cambio a 5 marce è straordinario. Potenza senza fine e pressione in ogni marcia.

Una Lambretta possente

Nel motore CNC gira un albero a gomiti con manovelle ampie. Per le sospensioni si ricorre a componenti sperimentati, quali gli ammortizzatori BGM PRO e i silent block BGM, così da portare su strada la potenza del cilindro di 305cc in tutta sicurezza. L’enorme cilindrata richiede uno scappamento di dimensioni altrettanto grandi, che però quando si guida su strade a serpentina mantiene dal terreno una distanza sufficiente a non provocare rimbalzi. Ovviamente un veicolo di tale potenza necessita anche di un impianto frenante ad alte prestazioni. In questo caso RLC ha montato il freno a disco MMW.

Il motore è talmente potente da portare il telaio al limite – e c’era da aspettarselo visto che il motore di serie sviluppa solo un quinto della potenza del motore BSG Corse.

Teste Cromate S.C., the local Lambretta Club, organised an awesome ride out in the soft hills in the region of Emilia Romagna on Sunday as a side program to the Rimini Lambretta Centre Open Day.

Yummy stopover

In a well organised corso of about 50 Lambrettas we reached our first interim goal after a few kilometres: Europlastsucci. An old customer and manufacturer of GRP frame sections and further Lambretta specialities.

In order to regain strength for the rest of our ride out and as as mental preparation for lunch we have an Aperitivo. After adjusting the tick-over rpm with Prosecco and other non-liquid refreshments we leave the city and cross the mountains in a great track.

Lambretta BSG Corse with 45HP and 305cc

Of course we have already had the opportunity to drive many extreme scooters. But Philipp’s scooter for the corso was a doozie:Lambretta Scooter Center Italien

BSG Corse Lambretta with 305cc cubic capacity and performance of more than 50 HP. The most violent we ever rode. CNC – engine block milled from one single piece, 305cc BSG Corse cylinder, Cyclone5 5 speed gearbox and BGM PRO Superstrong clutch. This monster has more than 50 HP. The demonstrator was downsized from 51HP to 45HP via ignition for the RLC Open Day.

First impression:

The beast has instant throttle control and within a blink of the eye you exceeded 100km/h. Thanks to BGM PRO SUPERSTRONG clutch, switching gears is clear, easy and very smooth, the 5 speed gearbox perfectly transferred. Power without limits and pressure in every gear.

Lambretta with a high amount of performance

The CNC engine has a crankshaft with wide crank webs. In order to securely transfer the performance of the 305cc cylinders to the street, the proven components BGM PRO shock absorbers and BGM silent blocks are used for the wheel suspension. Due to the enormous cubic capacity the exhaust is large. However its distance to the ground is sufficient for it to not put down on the street, even in hairpin bends. A vehicle of such a high performance also needs a strong braking system. RLC uses a a MMW disc brake.

There is a high amount of performance in this engine, so it doesn’t come unexpected that the frame hits its limits, since the original engine offers only a fifth of performance when being compared to the BSG Corse engine

Der lokale Lambretta Club Teste Cromate S.C. veranstaltete als Rahmenprogramm zum Rimini Lambretta Centre Open Day am Sonntag eine klasse Ausfahrt durch die sanften Hügel der Emilia Romagna.

Leckerer Zwischenstopp

Nach wenigen Kilometern in einem routiniert organisierten Corso mit etwa fünzig Lambrettas, erreichen wir das erste Etappenziel: Europlastsucci. Langjähriger Kunde und Hersteller für GFK Rahmenteile und weiterer Lambretta Spezialitäten.

Hier gibt es zur Stärkung für die Weiterfahrt und als mentale Vorbereitung für das kommende Mittagessen einen Aperitivo. Nach der Einregelung des Standgases mit Prosecco und weiteren Stärkungen in nicht flüssiger Form, verlassen wir die Stadt und es geht über eine tolle Route in und durch die Berge.

Natürlich hatten wir schon die Möglichkeit viele extreme Roller zu fahren. Aber das, was Philipp auf dem Corso fahren durfte, war der Hammer:

Die BSG Corse Lambretta mit 305 ccm Hubraum und einer Leistung von über 50 PS. Das Heftigste, was wir je gefahren sind. CNC – Motorblock gefräst aus einem Stück, 305 ccm BSG Corse Zylinder, Cyclone5 Fünfganggetriebe und bgm PRO Superstrong Kupplung. Dieses Monster bringt es auf über 50 PS. Für den RLC Open Day wurde der Demonstrator über die Zündung leider von 51 PS auf 45 PS gedrosselt.

Der erste Eindruck:

Das Biest hängt tierisch am Gas, mit einem Wimpernschlag ist man jenseits der 100 km/h. Die Schaltvorgänge sind dank bgm PRO SUPERSTRONG Kupplung sauber, einfach und butterweich, das Getriebe mit 5 Gängen super übersetzt. Power ohne Ende und Druck in jedem Gang.

Lambretta mit mächtig Dampf

Im CNC Motor läuft eine schön breite Kurbelwelle mit zwei riesigen Lagern. Aber trotz der 305 ccm läuft der Motor Dank der bgm Silentblöcke äußerst vibrationsarm. Das bgm PRO Lambretta Fahrwerk bringt die Power sicher und souverän auf die Straße. Trotz des recht massiven Bellys des Auspuffs gibt es auch in den Spitzkehren in den Bergen keinerlei Aufsetzer oder ähnlichen Bodenkontakt. Die MMW Bremse sorgt für die entsprechende Verzögerung.

Der Motor besitzt eine wahnsinnige die Kraft. Der Rahmen kommt durch die Leistung, die der Motor zur Verfügung stellt, an seine Grenzen. Nicht ganz unerwartet, wenn man bedenkt, dass dieser Motor die fünffache Leistung des Ursprungsmotors besitzt.
